My review is based on my experience with Kelly the nail tech. It doesn't reflect on other technicians who work there. I had made an appointment for a callus pedicure and a regular polish change for my hands day prior. I requested Kelly as technician because I went in once before for a quick pedi and she was decent so I figured I'd go back to her. When I sat down for the polish change I happened to show her a color swatch that was meant for gel polish. I told Kelly I wanted a regular polish not gel and asked if she could help me find something in a similar shade. she immediately said no and reproached me In a condescending manner and told me to go find my own color.. I was slightly taken aback but i did what she said.. found the exact same color within a min and brought it back. Then she started painting my nails carelessly and very quickly. No eye contact, no talk.. She did not even allow time to dry between coats. I just sat quietly feeling a bit scared and puzzled and wondering what I had done wrong. She was very passive aggressive I asked her nicely if she could apply a quick dry top coat because she pulled out a very thick and goopy top coat. She immediately said no and repeated 'that's all I have and why I don't like doing regular polish'. I said ok.. sat quietly the whole time while she worked on my pedicure. Meanwhile I noticed 2 of my finger nails weren't painted properly. They had gaps without polish and one of them thick from the goopy top coat. When she finished the pedi I respectfully asked if she could fix the 2 fingers and she got worked up and started taunting me again and repeated many times 'this is why we don't do regular polish' I asked her if she didn't want to do mine then someone else could do it. I even said i had called previously to make the appointment and no one told me that regular polish wasn't done. In short I was treated so badly I teared up. I explained the situation to the manager who had just walked by because I didn't want to make a scene but I felt so humiliated because she put me down several times because I chose to have a regular polish change instead of gel/dip. I explained maybe that is all I could afford or Whatever the reason be I should not have been treated the way she treated me. I came in to give myself a break/relax from a stressful week but Left the place feeling humiliated. Customer next to me empathized. She said she's sorry I wasn't treated well. Her technician(don't know her name but she is very nice and chatty and has a limp when she walks) was really pleasant. She even noticed how quietly I was sitting during my pedicure so she included me in her conversation. After I spoke with the manager Kelly just left and didn't even come back for the top coat. She just sent someone else. She didn't bother apologizing or even just finish her job. I was polite and objective the whole time. I didn't want to put her in an awkward situation either but she chose to be standoffish. I even left a tip for her after paying for the complete service but poor service. I just got an apology from the manager. I hope the owners address this with the staff. Not sure she realized she ruined my morning because she took offense that I didn't get my nails painted in gel. read more

We are now regulars here and love it! I like working with Kathy, Kam, and Tina best but its a larger salon and they have a big staff so you can't always catch your go to techs at the right time. We came in on Valentines day and treated my mother in law to a pedicure. We tried the jelly pedicure and it was fun and different! They add the jelly crystals and the water thickened literally into a jelly! I think I like the vegan pedicure best though. The staff is just so nice here. I have been to countless salons where the staff can be mean, but here is different. The manager is always happy, walking around and checking in on patrons offering drinks and snacks. They did a raffle too! Its all about customer appreciation with them. I really hope management keeps things going this way and we will keep coming. We drive 40 minutes to come here and its well worth it! read more

Nails look great but their prices are insane. I have never paid $68 for a full ACRYLIC set with GEL polish. My sister got full acrylic set, regular shape with single gel color, her nails were $60. They also don't use new or sterile equipment the lady cut my cuticles without getting a new sterile clipper and when she was done she put it back. So I will not be going back in fear of an expensive infection. read more

I was excited to come in given the high reviews. I've been in twice and both experiences were ehh. My first experience was better and that's why I'm giving 3 stars. My second experience the tech was so rude and did not listen to what i wanted at all. I never write reviews and I'm usually one not to speak up because I have worked in the service industry and I understand it's demanding but this experience was just so off putting. I usually get hard gel and both times they came out SOOO thick and I've been getting hard gel for years and never had an issue with this. I even told her the second time I don't like them thick. She disregarded my request. She also got the hard gel ALL over my skin-- it was such a messy job and a few days later they were lifting because they weren't applied correctly. It was fast and sloppy. Nails are not cheap so it's definitely a bummer when you feel like you have to get them done again after a week. read more

Heck yeah this guy can appreciate a good pedicure. Yup, my wife invited me and I allowed them to "pamper" me while I relaxed in the massaging chair and scrolled thru social media for 30 mins or so. When I picked my color out she thought we could do something cool with it. Every nails shape is perfection! She takes her time and doesn't miss a thing. I would have happily put on a mask once my name was called for my appointment. Hiding behind incorrect CDC "guidelines" doesn't excuse poor communication. UPDATE! Gina reached out to me directly and offered to correct my nails and toes. I went in and Vicky did my nails. She did a fabulous job! She took her time and listened to everything I asked. Kathy did my toes and they are great as well! I've attached pics of both below for reference and will return to see Vicky or Kathy moving forward. . . . I've been here every two weeks since this place opened. Gina is incredibly nice but I've had problems every visit. Two weeks ago i had to go back in after I left because I realized the top coat of my gel nails wasn't applied across my nails all the way and two had chipped. When I went in they buffed the nails and put a regular top coat on top instead of reapply the gel color and gel top coat. I let it go and decided to try them one last time yesterday. The first problem I had was when I was getting my acrylic nails put on...the tech filed the tips all the way down to my real nail length. When my friend and I said something they and the tech next to them said it was too late to fix it. Mind you this was BEFORE they applied any acrylic to the nail. It was just the tips. When I checked out my total was $100 for my nails($55) and the vegan pedicure($45) I got. I was shocked that I was still charged full price for acrylics but bit my tongue and paid it. Today I woke up, saw my toe nail polish is missing on 4 out of 10 toes and I haven't even worn real shoes. I'm really disappointed. I hate my nails, I have to go get my toes repainted, and I'm out $100 now! read more

My nail tech did an amazing job fulfilling my request despite English not being her first language, and I was very happy with the end product! I first went here 2 years ago and it's still my go to place whenever I'm in Arizona. The decoration is pretty, the nail techs are kind, and the snacks are great lol. Of course, it's on the nicer side so you should be prepared to pay more for the quality. But I haven't had a place do acrylic as nice as this. The only downside with this appointment is that I said I wanted matte but she forgot and started on shine. It's my own fault because I can't speak up for myself lmaooo they still cute though.
