We are now regulars here and love it! I like working with Kathy, Kam, and Tina best but its a larger salon and they have a big staff so you can't always catch your go to techs at the right time. We came in on Valentines day and treated my mother in law to a pedicure. We tried the jelly pedicure and it was fun and different! They add the jelly crystals and the water thickened literally into a jelly! I think I like the vegan pedicure best though. The staff is just so nice here. I have been to countless salons where the staff can be mean, but here is different. The manager is always happy, walking around and checking in on patrons offering drinks and snacks. They did a raffle too! Its all about customer appreciation with them. I really hope management keeps things going this way and we will keep coming. We drive 40 minutes to come here and its well worth it! read more

I really like this place. It's easy to schedule an appointment, the place is clean and super cute, and they have tons of colors to choose from. I got my Christmas and Valentine's Day nails done here and I absolutely love them. I will definitely be going back read more

I made an appointment and arrived well before my scheduled time, only to be left waiting past my appointment without being seen. It's incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional for a business to waste a customer's time, especially when we take time out of our busy schedules to be prompt. If they can't respect their clients' time, I won't be back. Highly disappointed. read more

My daughter and I have been to this nail salon several times over the past few years when we get our nails done for special events. In the past I have always wanted to match my gel hand polish to regular polish for my toes and they were able to do this....today I asked for the same thing but they first tried to upsell me to dip polish which I politely declined because I prefer gels and then they explained the color I wanted for my nails weren't available in gel...then I tried asking for some choices that could be matched and apparently no gels have matching regular polishes.... I find this strange since I have a matching gel polish and regular nail polish on my hands and toes at this exact moment. They said the only way I could get matching is to pay for gels on my hands and feet??? Convenient that gel is quite a bit more....this place is cheating people. It's fine, there's a lot of nail salons and I'm sure I'll find one that can handle my request but beware they are trying to cheat clients here. read more

Nails look great but their prices are insane. I have never paid $68 for a full ACRYLIC set with GEL polish. My sister got full acrylic set, regular shape with single gel color, her nails were $60. They also don't use new or sterile equipment the lady cut my cuticles without getting a new sterile clipper and when she was done she put it back. So I will not be going back in fear of an expensive infection. read more

This nail place has been open a week and offers a new experience! Its refreshing to be greeted at the door and offered a beverage and snack while you wait. Their facility is amazing and very elegant. The amount of nail color selections and set up is much like a luxury spa! I got a pedicure which was done by Van, and she was so kind and amazing! I love the decorations and color scheme. This is by far the best experience I've had to date with a pedicure!!! A must to go there for all your manicure, pedicure, and waxing needs! read more

Heck yeah this guy can appreciate a good pedicure. Yup, my wife invited me and I allowed them to "pamper" me while I relaxed in the massaging chair and scrolled thru social media for 30 mins or so. Wife says my feet are smoother, my calves aren't sore, and life is good. Come on fellas, live a little! As others have mentioned this place is modern and looks great. Think brought whites and sparkling! Kudos to the owner/manager for running a clean place with good employees. +1 for getting the entire team vaccinated too! read more

Tracy at Nail Logic is always creative! She knows me so well now all I have to do is sit down and relax. I've been so attracted to rose colors. When I picked my color out she thought we could do something cool with it. Every nails shape is perfection! She takes her time and doesn't miss a thing. She's definitely a perfectionist and cares about her work. The owner is always attentive and wants to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. I was so tired of so many nail salons not caring about their work. They cared more about the amount of clients in a day and how fast they can get you in and out. Not Nail Logic. It's been months and the quality is still impeccable. I'm so thankful I found Nail Logic and our Tracy! Make your appt and tell her Tamara sent you! read more

30 min past appt time and they still did not seat us or acknowledge they were running late. **Update** That is not the current CDC guideline. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated.html But more importantly, your staff failed to communicate with me. I would have happily put on a mask once my name was called for my appointment. Hiding behind incorrect CDC "guidelines" doesn't excuse poor communication. In fact, it's way worse that you knew it was 30 min past my appt time and decided ignoring a waiting customer was the best way to handle this. read more

Tuan did a fabulous job on my nails. I let him know that I was so unhappy with my previous nail experience at a different salon because my nails were so uneven. I have been going here for over 1 year & getting my nails done by Mandy. I get my nails done using dip & then she works her magic on nail designs for me. The dip strengthens my nails & keeps them looking healthy. I just had my polish taken off & my nails are not yellow or discolored like when I would get a manicure using regular polish. I look forward to getting my holiday nails done next time. My daughter also loves coming to the salon. read more

Nail Logic does not run on schedule. Every single time I go in, I have to wait 10, 15, or 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The one time I go in 10 minutes late, they would not take me because I came in late. Don't support this business who treats their customers this way. read more

I was excited to come in given the high reviews. I've been in twice and both experiences were ehh. My first experience was better and that's why I'm giving 3 stars. My second experience the tech was so rude and did not listen to what i wanted at all. I never write reviews and I'm usually one not to speak up because I have worked in the service industry and I understand it's demanding but this experience was just so off putting. I usually get hard gel and both times they came out SOOO thick and I've been getting hard gel for years and never had an issue with this. I even told her the second time I don't like them thick. She disregarded my request. She also got the hard gel ALL over my skin-- it was such a messy job and a few days later they were lifting because they weren't applied correctly. It was fast and sloppy. Nails are not cheap so it's definitely a bummer when you feel like you have to get them done again after a week. read more

Gorgeous establishment! Friendly staff! Affordable pricing and they don't try to up sale or charge for every small add on. I've never had an issue getting worked in on a same day in person show up. Many talented nail techs but Jessi is incredible and takes the extra time to give you exactly what you need! Heidi is excellent at Dip. read more

UPDATE! Gina reached out to me directly and offered to correct my nails and toes. I went in and Vicky did my nails. She did a fabulous job! She took her time and listened to everything I asked. Kathy did my toes and they are great as well! I've attached pics of both below for reference and will return to see Vicky or Kathy moving forward. . . . I've been here every two weeks since this place opened. Gina is incredibly nice but I've had problems every visit. Two weeks ago i had to go back in after I left because I realized the top coat of my gel nails wasn't applied across my nails all the way and two had chipped. When I went in they buffed the nails and put a regular top coat on top instead of reapply the gel color and gel top coat. I let it go and decided to try them one last time yesterday. The first problem I had was when I was getting my acrylic nails put on...the tech filed the tips all the way down to my real nail length. When my friend and I said something they and the tech next to them said it was too late to fix it. Mind you this was BEFORE they applied any acrylic to the nail. It was just the tips. When I checked out my total was $100 for my nails($55) and the vegan pedicure($45) I got. I was shocked that I was still charged full price for acrylics but bit my tongue and paid it. Today I woke up, saw my toe nail polish is missing on 4 out of 10 toes and I haven't even worn real shoes. I'm really disappointed. I hate my nails, I have to go get my toes repainted, and I'm out $100 now! read more

Wonderful workers and pricing! Nail techs know what they're doing, but a few of them don't speak English. My nail tech did an amazing job fulfilling my request despite English not being her first language, and I was very happy with the end product! Employees are all sweet, masked-up, and great conversationalists! I took a star off because of the strong smell in the salon: It smelled very strongly of acetone throughout the building, and gave me a bit of a headache after sitting in. Overall, I would recommend trying out this salon on one of their slower days (Monday-Wednesday) to avoid the strong smell and too much noise, read more

I first went here 2 years ago and it's still my go to place whenever I'm in Arizona. The decoration is pretty, the nail techs are kind, and the snacks are great lol. Of course, it's on the nicer side so you should be prepared to pay more for the quality. But I haven't had a place do acrylic as nice as this. The only downside with this appointment is that I said I wanted matte but she forgot and started on shine. It's my own fault because I can't speak up for myself lmaooo they still cute though. Oh and the nail salon used to be a place of relaxation, but they're soooo popular so be prepared for it to be loud and crowded. Overall, would recommend read more
