Placed my order they were very good prices and I got them quick! Thank you Laurie read more

While slowish in shipping the price included free shipping that was more than half the price of the item total. How do they do that? As to product it is exactly the same brand as the local watch maker installed three years ago for a lot more money. What's not to like? read more

I'm so glad to find a dependable supplier that frees me from the tyranny of A. and allows me to support a small business. I am on the West Coast so I have to wait a little bit longer BUT IT'S WORTH IT. Prices are great. Service is friendly. Timeline is entirely reasonable. Thank you! read more

seller cancels orders after weeks of waiting, with absolutely no explanation. you just receive a notification that your order was cancelled. Having to wait weeks for an order, just to have it cancelled is a pretty crappy business practice. if I'd have known the seller was shady like this, I would have paid a dollar more and ordered elsewhere.... read more

Save your money and buy somewhere else! Ordered 4 Maxell LR 44 batteries. They are marked, in red, "Use by 2028." Two years left on a maximum ten year shelf life isn't "fresh", as their site claims the batteries are. Tried contacting using their web form - no response. Tried emailing - no response. Tried leaving a review on their site - no response. So, I have nearly dead batteries and the seller doesn't care. I've purchased from them before, as mybatterysupplier.com, and they were great. Now, as thebatterysupplier.com, things have changed - for the worse. Always sad to see a good business self destruct. read more

I ordered Duracell batteries from My Battery Supplier on Amazon. Listing showed 6 count of the 2 battery pack for total of 12 batteries. Per unit cost shown on web reflects 12 batteries so no misunderstanding on my part. I received only 3 packages, half of the number advertised. I tried to contact seller via the Amazon website but no response. Seller asks buyers to contact them to resolve any negative rating, but never responded after 4 days. Contacted Amazon and they agreed seller was defective on delivery. Do not recommend buying from My Battery on Amazon, read more

This is a fraudulent company!!! They have compromised my credit card and never delivered the product that I ordered.

They had exactly what I wanted, the price was much better than anywhere else, and they shipped promptly at no cost. What's not to like?

If there was a zero, I would rate that. I ordered through Walmart. They showed making a label, but nothing after that. I week later I contact Walmart, Walmart contacted them, then I contacted them. Got an email saying contact Walmart since I ordered through Walmart. Need CEO's name and info. This is unacceptable. Scammers!!! read more

Marked my order as shipped, then canceled the shipping label few days later. Did not reply to my message when I asked for an update. Also, raised the price by $10 for the product and canceled my order. read more

I ordered a set of 5 tiny Energizer 377 watch batteries from The Battery Supplier. They arrived in about 6 days, only cost $3.99, shipping included. The batteries work well. I have ordered batteries From My Battery Supplier several times, Great service, and great quality, everything was as it was supposed to be,

Placed an order for one, tiny little battery, via thier website. It was very easy, & I got it when it was promised. The thing that worried me was it only cost $1.75, & free shipping. Well, I got it, it works & now I can use my thermometer again! I know you will be glad to hear that!! read more

I ordered Energizer Silver Oxide Watch/Electronic Battery Size 357BP(Pack of 6). Received 5 each 357/303 & 1 each of 392/384.. I have no possible use for the single incorrect battery. I just want my order completed. ORDER # 114-7452460-7676252. These people are impossible to contact. Phone(But message & automated is filled. The email of support@thebatterystore is undeliverable. All in all a perfectly miserable experience. They are not customer friendly & have a 1 star rating. I just want my single small battery that I paid for. The batteries are Energizer & work as they should. That is the reason I gave a 4 star. Corla R. read more

I looked at lots of stores plus two watch repairs in my town to replace the 386 SR43W batteries in my garmin vivofit 4. No luck. I ordered through Amazon and received the batteries from MB Supplier in Brooklyn NY in just a few days, very reasonable, and they paid the postage. I would definitely order from MB Supplier again. I had to order a tiny screwdriver set, and replace the batteries myself. read more

I like to replace the batteries for my watches myself to (1) save money (I have a watch for each day of the month) and (2) because I enjoy it (everybody needs a hobby). However, I was unable to find the correct battery (Renata 394 or SR936SW) for my vintage Seiko watch at a local retail outlet. I went online and found several web merchants who offered to sell me a whole pack of them. However, since I only needed one, I ordered just one from My Battery Supplier. The price was ridiculously affordable (far less than my local jewelry store) and delivery was just a few days. I expect that I will be using My Battery Supplier the next time Kroger/Walmart/HEB/CVS does not have my battery. read more

There's nothing wrong with the batteries that I ordered from them they're perfectly fine even the price is good but the customer service is the worst ever! I purchased the wrong item by mistake instead of ordering AA batteries I ordered AAA. I contacted them after receiving the item to exchange it not to return it and I even told them that I'll pay the shipping cost but the response was "NO" they refused to exchange it I never ask for the return I asked for an exchange and the return shipping fee is on me as I said. I don't understand what is hard to exchange it! The email that I got from them literally saying "you ordered the wrong item, you're stuck with it..." WOW what a customer service. read more
