Frank and Steve are professionals and you will get the highest quality service from Audia Media…read moreGroup. I started my wall mounting project as a DIY project. I got the mount up alright but I also wanted to tun power and cabling behind my walls. I ran into two unexpected issues which were spray foam insulation and a horizontal fireblock which prevented me from fishing my wires through. That's when I decided to call Audia Media Group for some professional assistance. Frank and Steve quickly identified the issues and scheduled a time to come work on my wall. They were patient and professional, and walked me through each part of the process. It is nerve wracking having a hole opened up in your home's wall, but I'm so glad Steve and Frank were the ones taking care of it and not me. The pictures of the end result should speak for themselves, and I would highly recommend Audia Media Group to anyone looking for experienced professional TV mounting and audio installation services.

With the living room home theater space, a strong second. My home office was an overnight task that I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Now comes the big thing, getting my television mounted in the living space. Now I've mounted many a tv in my time, but this 82" monster from Samsung is a whole new animal. After putting my feelers out on Yelp, I came across Audia Media Group. Frank was very responsive, knowledgeable, and most important FAIR. Appointment is scheduled and fast forward to the actual day, I'm greeted by his son Mack. Wow, this young man knows his stuff. I'm no slouch when it comes to home theater, networking etc, but he is lightyears ahead of the game. (We even chatted a bit about Anime) Mack took care of the prep work, including following CDC mask protocols and even removed his shoes before entered the carpeted areas of my home. A+++ Soon after, Frank shows up with the best demeanor, professional and approachable. Top notch in my book. Soon, the father and son team go to work. Measure, test, measure again and before I knew it... I was greeted by, yet another gentleman Steve. He appears in the living space and adds to the joy of this home theater install. He was on top of things and a 3rd set of eyes. After a couple of hours, my TV is mounted and ready to be enjoyed. The space was even cleaner after they left. Wow, what a wonderful experience overall. These guys REALLY enjoy what they do. This will NOT be the last time I work with Audia Media Group.

While most companies looked at an opportunity to make money, Tim looked at an opportunity to create a great working relationship. I wanted to work with someone and strategize with someone before a tool kit came out into the open. I wanted to brainstorm about a doorbell camera, not just get one cuz everyone has them. We had discussed bumping up my WiFi and he had Eero's in stock/on hand. Boom everything is wicked fast now. Three stories here with an Eero puck/router on each floor. He BEAUTIFULLY re-mounted my Samsung Frame, encouraged my instinct to go Sonos soundbar & a Sonos mini-sub-woofer. He helped me re-synch my Sonos One SL speakers and double checked all his work. I also want to compliment Luis on his dry wall work; always a gnarly option, you never know how that's going to go. We had to do a lot of surgery to get this look - NO wires visible. We opened a couple holes and a channel, he had the right drywall saw and did fine work. Luis offered shoe covers upon arrival and cleaned up after himself with his own broom/dustpan. He also didn't pack up his stuff and dart out as soon as he could, he walked me through the new apps, made sure The Frame was synched and ran performance tests to make sure everything was just right. I'm super thrilled with the state of things around here tonight and will definitely have Luis back for more work in the future! Look at how perfect this hang is; he used two kinds of levels, knew where studs & joists were and wasn't satisfied until we were both satisfied. Outstanding home theater partner ~ thank you again, Luis!
