Great food here! To some extent you choose what you want so it is on you to enjoy the food, but they offer suggestions to create a more cohesive dish with the best flavors. There are many spices, meats, sauces, and veggies to choose from. The servers and cooks were very kind and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable and it was a great experience to have in Dublin- especially if you are unfamiliar with Mongolian BBQ.

Lunch Review: Great establishment around Trinity College neighborhood. This place serves either one bowl of stir fry or unlimited. The concept is simple: you just pick the ingredients (noodles, veggies, sauce and spices) and place them in the bowl from the food bar. Then you pick your meat from one of the bowls and hand it to the grill person. They will mix everything and cook your fish for you as you like it. You probably just need one bowl because when you get back to your table you will find a bowl of plain steamed rice which you can add to your now prepped bowl for more food. Customer service: spectacular and helpful. My creation tastes good and the whole experience was wonderful.

I found his place on Yelp after doing a walking tour and the Irish whiskey museum. This was in walking distance of the Irish Whiskey museum so we decided to go there. I already knew what to expect when we got here based on the pictures on Yelp. Its a place where you go to the buffet bar and you fill your bowl with starch, veggies, protein, then sauces and seasonings. Then you take it to the big open wok where they cook it in front of you and when its done cooking, they plate it for you. The choices for noodles, veggies, and protein was more than adequate and what you would get in the states. Where this place gets it pretty good is the sauces and seasonings you can mix in with it. I went back at least 4 times and made four different flavor bowls. All tasted amazing each time. Pricing is really the best part honestly. Depends what time you go during the day, it's cheaper. It was honestly the best value amazing tasting food I got during my whole trip in Ireland. I'll be back here here for sure.

Im a pretty big fan of this place. Very cheap and pretty decent grub thats all you can eat. Lots of good stuff to choose, from meat to veggies to spices to sauce. i do wish their bowls were a little bigger i usually have to use two. The food tastes super fresh because its cooked right in front of you but at the same time you do have to wait around for it to be cooked. The rice they give you with your meal is very bland, i love the little sweets they give you with your receipt.

Like all barbeques this is a great place to get all your mates out for a big happy meal together. You choose the ingredients and hand them to cooks who mash it all up together on the grill. It's lovely and a bit of craic as the all-you-can-eat cycle of queing, chewing and queueing again force people to mingle a bit more. You find yourself changing seats and moving around the table in a very natural way, which is great because you get talking to everyone. A word of advice, ration the rice. This is for two reasons. Firstly; you only get one bowl, and as you become a bit more adventurous with the spices you'll need something to take the edge off. Secondly; it's alliteration, you can't argue with alliteration.

The Monglian BBQ describes itself as a 'interactive eating experience.' which sounds a bit well, arsey, but the place is actually a lovely spot. Although the Mongolian barbecue concept is big in North America and I'm guessing Mongloia also? It's relatively newish to Ireland. It's a grab a bowl and create your own dish kinda place. Basically you pick your food , meat, tofu and veggies before hand and then hand it over to one of their 'grillers' who cook it up on a giant circular barbque which forms part of the restaurant. The staff are really friendly and let us 'cook' our food for a bit when we were there. Don't worry if your veggie as they can cook tofu on the barbie and vegetarians get a free starter. Besides being in a bit of a quiet part of Temple Bar its a great night out and makes a change from just sitting waiting for you food. Very popular with groups, which they are happy to accommodate even on Mon/Tue when normally closed, booking required for this. They also have an early bird: Wednesday - Friday 6pm - 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 4.30pm-6.30pm

Cheap and simple, this sums up the Mongolian Bbq. There's a buffet with an assortment of vegetables, noodles, some sauces and spices and some meats and shrimps. And then it's up to you to fill your little bowl up as much as you like or you phisically can - you only have one go, so you need to get it right the first time. I've been instructed that the best way to get value for your money is starting with the vegetables on the bottom of the bowl, press them a bit, add some more until it's filed to the top, press a bit more, add the sauces and spices and only at the end throw the noodles on top. You can then pick one of the small bowls with protein and add some more sauce and spices to it. Present your mighty creations to the cook manning the bbq and watch while they're prepared for you. On your table you'll have plenty of rice - yes, noodles and rice - and water. That's a filling and inexpensive lunch right there for 5.90€. It won't be your best experience ever with "asian" food - notice the inverted commas there - but it's also not too shabby. At least you get to choose what you want going into your plate and you can only blame yourself if the flavour combination is disastrous. That being said, the sauces are probably the lowest point of the whole experience, super watery. The room is not very well lit and the staff has that nice-enough attitude that, while it won't make you want to never go back, doesn't really warm your heart either.

If you love meat, this place is for you! for a dinner deal at 16.99 for all you can eat, it was actually not bad at all. They also have different types of sauces and spices to go with your food as well!

A huge food bowl for only 6.90€ or all you can eat for 13.90€. The price is really good and the taste lovely. It's worth it.

The restaurant is advertised as an all you can eat Irish, Mexican and Chinese buffet. I didn't see any Irish or Mexican food while there. Of the 'Chinese' selection I tried the chicken curry, the sweet and sour chicken, chicken and black bean sauce, the fried rice and noodles. The only semi-decent food was the rice and noodles. There was a small sushi offering in the corner that had possibly been sitting there for more than a few hours. The wasabi had completely dried up. It was nothing short of awful. What also annoyed me was the lack of free refills on drinks. Drinks are 2e each and the glasses are tiny. Free refills would have earned them an extra star. I had the teppenaki (I had never heard of this before) and it was pathetic. Three tiny pieces of chicken, three pieces of pepper and some onion and mushroom all fried together. Honestly, my husband could do a much better job and that is saying something. The ice cream is the only reason I can think of for awarding the one star. The ice cream was all you can eat, and it was okay. There was also a selection of sauces to put on top. It was just okay, I can't say much more. All in all this is one place to avoid. It's about the same price as Full House but no where near as good.

Luckily, I found Konkan in time for the date and so we came in around 5:30/6 on a Sunday evening for dinner. We decided to go with their tasting menu - something I was very happy to see considering it's a rare sight in an Indian restaurant in the US (my home). For starters, they brought us some poppadums and assorted chutneys - these were fantastic. I have had poppadums before, but the chutney here was what made the meal stand out. For the next plate, we were each given a plate of appetizers to sample including samosa chaat, Seekh Kebab, and Chicken Pepper Fry. They were all amazing although my ranking is probably seekh kebab, then samosa chaat, and then chicken pepper fry. For the main course, we were brought out garlic and plain naan along with Chicken Jalfrezi, Malabar Lamb Curry and Butter Prawns. Once again all were delicious, but the butter prawns were the standout for both of us. We decided to finish the meal off with chocolate fudge cake and vanilla ice cream. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, the service was friendly and quick, and the place was beautiful. It is a small place so make a reservation or come early. Highly recommend coming here!

The restaurant website is easy to use and you can both view the menu or order for pickup or delivery. There are photos for many items to help you decide if you're not familiar with Indian food. It arrived at the hotel lobby 20 minutes earlier than estimated. The driver was friendly and the food was hot and SO GOOD. I do with they had sent cutlery, as we clearly noted we were in a hotel, but luckily our hotel had plates and silverware available. We ordered: Samosa with mango chutney-really crispy, hot, and tasty. The order is for one. Spinach and Potato tikki: my favorite of the apps. Round discs filled with tender potatoes and amazing seasonings. Lamb biryani: very unique and flavorful. A significant kick, as a heads up if you do/do not like spice. Never had biryani with cashews and golden raisins before. The lamb was falling apart, it was so tender. Rice cooked perfectly. Butter chicken with added vegetables: really tender meat and the vegetables were cooked just right and were swimming in the yummy tomato butter sauce. Garlic naan: this was utterly HUGE and the only thing we felt "meh" about. It is practically must that you have naan with Indian dishes to sop up the delish sauces, but I would pass on this next time. Would definitely try this restaurant again when in Dublin. I hope to eat in the actual restaurant next time. Yum.
