I saw the $69 all-in-one photo printer I wanted (yay sale) which did not have a display model above the tag. Fortunately the salesman searched the store for me and actually found one. The only caveat I had with the whole experience was the usb cables, for $25. I got one from Sears instead for $11. Overall, I think that this Source is a good place to shop when they have sales, with staff who are genuinely friendly and helpful.

Even advised that they could get all my photos/documents off the device for only $50 if I couldn't afford the screen fix yet. All of the sales associates I've encountered at this location are very knowledgable, probably the most knowledgable for a cellular store that I've encountered as of yet. This doesn't mean they always have the solution to all problems, but at least they try their best to find you a resolution . My only cons regarding this store is how small it is (honestly I'm sure Bell mobility can afford a larger, more comfortable space), and secondly it seems like every transaction here requires tons and tons of paperwork.. I find this highly conspicuous since it is 2014 after all, and paperless is the name of the game these days. I don't know how they can represent themselves as "green" if modifying your contract results in enough printed paperwork to sign that a small village in the Amazon probably gets wiped out for every new contract. I'm aware that this is negligence on the part of the parent company, but i feel that it should be mentioned anyway cause it may be something that some people may take into consideration when choosing a wireless carrier.

We were both turned off by the place and didn't have unlimited time, so we peaced out. Some basic acknowledgement of our presence from staff would be an improvement.

On 16 Sept, yesterday, I had an appointment to change the battery in my phone. The appointment was at 1:00 and I had to grab someone at 1:05. There was the one guy behind the Genius Bar and he began to sign me in and prep my iPhone 13Pro for service. Then he left me to answer questions from 2 other people who didn't even own an Apple product--one was about the account of someone who had passed away. I never really had his full attention. Halfway through the process he told me my phone would be ready in 4 1/2 hours! I've changed batteries in the past and waited around an hour or so each time. As I said, I have a disability that affects my ability to walk and there's no way I could shop for that long and I sure as hell wasn't going to sit for 4 hours. I just cut him short, ended the appointment and told him I would be filing a complaint. When he told me there were 5 people ahead of me I should have asked if those 5 had appointments! With all the higher prices and expenses we pay for Apple products it's inexcusable for the company to treat customers this way. I've been an Apple customer since the early '90's and, for the first time, I'm considering changing to a Google phone! The store was busy but obviously they should've had more staff available. I'm hopping mad. Apple continues to decline service-wise and advance prices-wise and, at some point, customers will go elsewhere.

I wasn't able to download anything on my phone and because I didn't know why she became very curt and told me that she wouldn't make an appointment for me if I couldn't explain what the problem was -- the very reason I was there. I'm 70 years old and have no training in technology but I was taught manners. This person should be taught basic personal communication skills, let alone good manners.
