I wasn't able to download anything on my phone and because I didn't know why she became very curt and told me that she wouldn't make an appointment for me if I couldn't explain what the problem was -- the very reason I was there. I'm 70 years old and have no training in technology but I was taught manners. This person should be taught basic personal communication skills, let alone good manners.

i dropped my device off on August 21 at the Clayton park location. I was told I'd be called with an…read moreupdate in 3 days. Around Sep 1 I sent an email asking for an Update as it had been almost two weeks and I hadn't heard anything - email was ignored. Sep 4 I tried calling the Clayton park location several times and kept getting picked up by the sackville location, the gentleman was very helpful and put through 2 requests for Clayton park to call me - I was not called. I also sent an email that morning that was ignored. Sep 5 I called and got through to the Clayton park location. I was told he was working on my laptop and that he had seen the requests to call me yesterday and had tried calling me back (did not leave a message) I was told he would call me by the end of the day with an update. I was not called. Sep 6? I called and the employee told me my charging port was fixed but the laptop won't turn on and there may be an issue with the motherboard, and that it would have to be sent to someone and I would need to pay extra. I explained that there shouldn't be anything wrong with the motherboard, I had disconnected several parts of the computer and didn't put them together properly so the issue should just be connecting everything properly. He said he would take another look at it and call me at the end of day. He said he couldn't figure it out but someone else would look at it Monday, and that I would get a call. Sep 10 it's now Wednesday and I have not heard anything, I tried calling and a request was put through by the sackville location to call me. When I didn't hear anything I got through to the sackville location again who said he put another request through. I did not get a call until the next day. I feel as though my laptop was not touched for the first two weeks until I called, and then I have been given the runaround and have had zero communication from geebo through all of this. I picked up my laptop and brought it elsewhere, and it was confirmed that my motherboard was fried. it was working fine until i disconnected it and brought it to geebo. I will not be back nor would I ever recommend geebo.

This store may be small, but its deceptively so. Every time…read moreI've gone there, I was attended to quite fast considering how many people have Bell around here. All of the sales associates I've encountered at this location are very knowledgable, probably the most knowledgable for a cellular store that I've encountered as of yet. This doesn't mean they always have the solution to all problems, but at least they try their best to find you a resolution . My only cons regarding this store is how small it is (honestly I'm sure Bell mobility can afford a larger, more comfortable space), and secondly it seems like every transaction here requires tons and tons of paperwork.. I find this highly conspicuous since it is 2014 after all, and paperless is the name of the game these days. I don't know how they can represent themselves as "green" if modifying your contract results in enough printed paperwork to sign that a small village in the Amazon probably gets wiped out for every new contract. I'm aware that this is negligence on the part of the parent company, but i feel that it should be mentioned anyway cause it may be something that some people may take into consideration when choosing a wireless carrier.

I have mixed emotions about being a Rogers customer. I have been with Rogers for about 2 years now…read more I switched from Aliant because I could not seem to go on a plan that met my needs. My Aliant bill was never consistent and it was far more expensive than I wanted. I switched to Rogers (ported my phone number) and also got a second phone on my plan. I immediately found a plan that met my lifestyle and that would save me a ton of money. So...the best part of Rogers is that my bill remains the same every single month and it's always within my budget. The part of Rogers that I'm not happy with is their customer service. This seems to be a common issue that Rogers customer have. Everytime I call there (which seems to be more that I would like), I get a rep that doesn't seem to have a clue about how to read or explain their bill. I find it very confused and very fursurating! They need some further training and they need to learn some soft skills.

I went to this store to pick up a new Baby SIM card for my iPhone. I called ahead to ask whether…read morethere would be any. They said there were some, AND when I arrived there were some (ya'll know there was a chance there wouldn't be any) Then when the agent was signing up the SIM card he noticed I was paying 20$ for one of my phone packages. He then proceeded to tell me he would change it a new one (that had the same services) as it was currently cheaper. Yes! Cheaper! I didn't think this was even possible for agents to offer! Needless to say I was impressed. He then made sure my phone was up a running and installed my new case for me. I think this just goes to show how the new approach to customer service (using automated telephones) really takes away from the customer experience. For the last few months I have been thinking about leaving Rogers, but this individual has given me a glimmer of hope.
