To quote from the business owners comment, "... Costas always ensures a customer never leaves unsatisfied."
All I asked for was a new sound card and D drive. Much of my computer is now useless. For brevity I'll just show an example of Costas version of 'satisfaction'. Of course everything he says is wrong.

I have answered all the questions to the best of my ability. Your questions are numerous regarding various software, how they work with windows and some related to windows itself. To name some: reading speed of a dvd burner, burning speed of a cd/dvd, temp files when using media player to burn CDs, sound card that not only outputs 7.1 but it also upmixes a stereo signal to 7.1 (while I stated that my suppliers don't carry any), flash player, winrar, windows device manager and so forth. After all the time I spent trying to help you, you come back accusing us of breaking your computer and disregarded any advice or suggestion I made as you said you were not interested in my personal experience. It is clear that there is a lot of confusion and none of this is truly related to us installing an optical drive. Optical drives don't come with any software or drivers, therefore we couldn't have possibly installed anything related to the optical drive. If you believe flash player and winrar were installed by one of our techs and you do not want them, please remove them from your computer through your control panel.
It is clear that we can't offer you what you want and this is causing you a lot of aggravation to the point that you become offensive and insulting. Please take your business somewhere else. There will be no further communication or assistance from our end.

Perhaps you should step back and read all of my previous correspondence. WinRar was loaded in your shop by one of your techs, as was Flash Player which is too big a malware target for me. Nowhere have I suggested that I would not buy a desirable sound card through you and such was never my intent. I was trying to help as you expressed difficulty finding a 7.1 card. Since you work on thousands of computers you must keep a tech's diagnostic records and record of changes? I taped all that I thought was pertinent to the computer, including OS. Do people just tear things off and throw them away?
Careless, sloppy and insulting to clients. Pretty much what you'll see in my on-line review. This could be mitigated if whichever tech loaded Winrar could answer my question.

I think you should take a step back here sir. First of all I didn't personally work on your computer, I'm providing answers for free on questions you have unrelated to your purchase of a Blu-ray drive. Either way, we work on thousands of computers, it wouldn't be humanly possible to remember what windows every person has. You say you want us to research in depth and tell you if a sound card you want to purchase online from somewhere else is suitable for you. You are also saying you are not interested in my personal experience, yet you want me to answer you what will happen for a software that you downloaded for free that you are supposed to purchase online; not a software that we sell or support but something you did online. If you can't appreciate any of that please take your business elsewhere, they might be able to provide better free assistance. As far as I am concerned the amount of time we spent to help you for free far exceeds the $10 profit we made from the sale to you.
