I wish i could give a zero.. This place is a rip off big time! This is BY FAR the worst experience I've had with a business. So rewind about 3 years ago this was my go to spot to get a screen fixed. The owner (Dutch Village location) was very professional and efficient. Great customer service. My sons phone now has an issue with the SIM card, so remembering the great experience I had there when I needed repairs on my device I figured we would get him to look at it.. He said no problem, I can fix it come back in 2 days. Ok sure no problem (this was the last week of September of this year) We came back and he said he didn't get to it yet. .. So we waited another couple days and came back again. He said it wasn't ready yet still, and to give him another couple days.. At this point it's getting kind of weird. And frustrating. All the while we tried calling to get an update and there is never an answer. So we came back again yet again. 4 times at this point. And he yet again made another excuse as to why it wasn't fixed yet. Going in there is sketchy now too I might point out. There are people passed out in the lobby, grungy drug addicts coming in and out to ask if he "wants any candy" , and for some reason they all want to use the bathroom. It's super weird. They also smoke weed in the back area and drink lol. We have heard them talking about it on every occasion we came back to pick my kids phone up. One guy even popped his head out from the cloud of smoke in the back to ASK the owner if he wants anything at the liquor store cuz they are making another run like wtf.. it was like something out of a movie. So unreal. Anyway, so after the fifth trip in he said "yeah I can't fix it, I put this new screen on it tho, but if you don't wanna pay for the screen (WHICH WASN'T EVEN THE PROBLEM) then you will have to give me ANOTHER FEW DAYS to put the old one back on and I won't charge you anything for attempting to repair it" ... I was like ... are you kidding?! You couldn't have called the number we gave to to call to let us know what the deal was? We came in 5 times! And thennnn so we go back in four days to get my sons phone in the same condition we left it with him in, and it was in pieces in a Tupperware container!! (half way through October!!!) he said he couldn't reach my sons old screen in the cabinet to get to it.. Like how does that even make sense?!? Like get clean buddy, you were good people at one point. This is pathetic. You still have my sons screen and we have a container full of phone pieces. Thanks a fucçking lot jerk. NO ONE EVER GO TO THIS CLOWN!!! I'm going to the better business bureau. The battery shit the bed last year and I went to 4 different mobile phone stores requesting the battery replaced. All of them could not get the screen off. Some suggested there was sand, excess humidity and even perhaps it was glued on by mistake in the manufacturing process. Anyway, I went to iFIXuSAVE to buy a used Pixel 3 (which was ridiculously cheap, but honestly, I was perfectly happy with my Nexus 6p except for the battery, I had been using it as a landline) with a functioning battery, assuming my Nexus 6p would become a fancy alarm clock. The gentleman there was not only able to remove the screen and replace the battery, he did it in a few minutes while the other "professionals", took 1-3 hours to tell me they might crack the display. In short, he saved me from buying a 400 dollar phone when I was happy with my Nexus 6p but unhappy with the 10 second battery life. He didn't try to up-sell me on his phone whatsoever. He simply replaced the battery and now my old phone works like new. If I ever need phone service again, this is the only place I will go. This company saved me from spending 400 dollars when 80$ everything in did what I needed. Outstanding. read more

I called and order a part to be installed on my phone - a charging port. They said I should drop off the phone in a week. I went down and they hadn't ordered the part, but had ordered the screen instead. I asked them to order the part and they said to again come down in a week. I did and they still had not ordered the part. I made it clear that I did not want a repair, that is a soldered fix, but a new OEM part. They said fine. Two hours later, Cecil called and said that I could bring the phone in and I did. Amazingly, the phone was fixed that day. I was pretty happy at the time. However, the fix didn't last long and it wasn't a new OEM. Right as the "warrantee" expired, the phone would not take a charge. I came back and the man I spoke to said they would fix it. When I went to pick it up, Cecil said that they would not fix it as it was just off warrantee. I was pretty mad about that !!! 80 or 85 dollars and a huge waste of my time and money. I don't know how good they are with other fixes. But if you want a screen replaced! steer clear of this place. Ive had two screens done and both developed cracks in them about 3 days later and I don't know why. Then when you tell them this, they basically accuse you of causing the cracks. Which with one, yeah maybe! But two? And the cracks almost 3 days after the repairs. I wouldn't go back for any repairs. Just my experiences. read more

I dropped off my Ipad to the owner of ifixusave on dutch village road because it randomly turned off and I couldn't get it to turn back on. He was very nice and told me it would take 2 days to repair, no payment until pickup. I didn't hear back for a week so I went back in to ask. The associate there told me the owner wasn't in and that the ipad was not ready, he didn't know much else so he told me he'd forward my inquires and have the owner get back to me. l weeks go by and I call, the associate again who tells me the same thing . I wait a month and go in and the associate tells me that the owner had sent the ipad to the warehouse because it wasn't fixable in store. He tells me what days to come in to see the owner, and that he'll forward my inquires and I should hear back soon. I go in and finally catch the owner weeks later. During all this I had to make first contact even though I was promised otherwise. The owner tells me his guy at the warehouse hasn't sent it back and that he'd reach out. He gave me his number and told me he'd call in 2 days. He didn't, I go in again and catch the owner who informs me that my ipad is unfixable and it would take at least an hour to put it back together. Over the stretch of almost 4 months not once was I updated on what was going on unless I called first although I had asked for updates and was told multiple times I would be contacted. When I returned for pick up a lady was asking if her part had come in and if it usually takes 2 weeks, the response was shipping problems, sounds like they're going downhill. The owner and associate seemed like good people, but their poor service and lack of communication is not worth it. I don't recommend these guys unless you're okay with the uncertainty. read more

Do not get the cheaper version of the screen, get the real apple screen. The cheaper one is really bad. I was never told what the difference would be between the two. Now I wish I knew. Spend the extra $$ and get the more expensive version or else you'll regret it read more

This shop claims to install OEM but its all cheap knock off parts with low response and poor quality. (I paid the extra for "OEM" what a lie) Yes they are cheap but there is a reason, cheap parts and half ass service, He also broke my finger print reader when replacing my screen and said there's no way to fix it, screen glitched out after a couple months and when I brought it back they were very rude and said i had to pay for a new screen though the one they had installed was not broken, it had a hardware issue due to being a knock off part. I brought it to another shop and they were shocked at how it was installed and fixed me up with a new OEM screen, no problems since. read more

The guy there, while extremely pleasant, has a poor way of doing business. I've showed up five times, asking if he could fix my phone's camera lens, to which he stated he'd have to order the part in and would call when it arrived in 3-7 days. He has never called back, and probably never ordered the part. I finally took my phone to a smaller store and got it fixed in an hour for $15. It probably isn't a bad place, but this is the poor experience I've had. read more

I would definitely not deal with this company ever again. They use cheap Chinese knock off materials. My screen cracked days after they replaced it and they refuse to honour the 90 day warranty but are quick to offer discounts on the glass replacement just to have the same thing happen again. After I returned 2 of there products on 2 different days I was told not to come back. The person working was very upset that I returned something and even apologized for doing something all stores have no problem in doing and he kept his head down and pouted like a child. I was very nice and would like to know what I did to upset him but I wish them all the best. Horrible business and very unprofessional . My screen was cracked so I went to get it fixed for $80 (very expensive compared to most places). They told me to come back an hour later and when I went back it still wasn't fixed. They fixed my screen but when I turned it on there was a malfunction. Ive done business with these guys, had a galaxy s4 screen fixed there. Was pretty expensive. I wasnt able to pay them right away and told them this. They seemed understanding until one day they called me advising me that I would have to pay the remaining balance in a week or else they were shipping my phone to be stripped of parts. I thought i was going to lose my phone because i wasnt able to pay them right away. Thankfully I bearly made the deadline and i was able to get my fixed phone back. Proceed with caution with these guys, if you dont pay right away you might lose your phone to being stripped for parts. The last time i was there i had my screen protector replaced. It was $30! Very expensive, asked why it costed so much and told me my s8+ has a curved screen it costs more. Its only supposed to be $14.99 roughly for screen protector.
