I phoned this local company in hopes of finding a replacement lightbulb for my Sony LCD Projection…read moreTV. It's a Saturday morning and the guy answers and tells me he definitely doesn't have any Sony brands. He tells me he can order it if I wanted. Now, to me, it sounds like I've disturbed him from something because he's not being rather friendly. So I ask him, how can I tell what kind of bulb I need, he says I'll need the model of the TV. I reply to him that I'm in front of the TV and I'd like to put an order in for one but he kind of, sighs and says he's in the middle of something and he's up in the valley. I thought I was calling his business phone, so I ask him, when is a good time to call back. He tells me in a couple of hours. I may have been interested in calling him back if he sounded a little more professional and didn't brush me off. I quickly went online to Amazon.ca and found the same model bulb for half the cost Pyxis was offering and delivered right to my door. No thank you Pyxis. Customer service goes a long way. I want to support local businesses as much as the next person but if they don't really want to help me, then I'll take my $$$ elsewhere. Pass.

It lasted 6 and a half weeks then stopped working. Not at all what I am used to getting from a TV. Lucky I still have my old TV which is from 1991 RCA brand and still works without issue. We have it up and running right now in fact with the broken 6 and a half week TV sitting broken beside it. Sorry for the long intro. I had to set the stage. I called sunsung support they put a support ticket in with Pyxis that night and the next morning first thing I got a call from Pyxis. They came by a few hours later and did some trouble shooting and ordered parts and will be back. I am sure they will have my issue fixed and change it all to samsung as it is under warrenty. Thank you Pyxis for great service and dam you samsung for making a product that did not last. Glad I still have my 1991 rca to watch tonight.

i dropped my device off on August 21 at the Clayton park location. I was told I'd be called with an…read moreupdate in 3 days. Around Sep 1 I sent an email asking for an Update as it had been almost two weeks and I hadn't heard anything - email was ignored. Sep 4 I tried calling the Clayton park location several times and kept getting picked up by the sackville location, the gentleman was very helpful and put through 2 requests for Clayton park to call me - I was not called. I also sent an email that morning that was ignored. Sep 5 I called and got through to the Clayton park location. I was told he was working on my laptop and that he had seen the requests to call me yesterday and had tried calling me back (did not leave a message) I was told he would call me by the end of the day with an update. I was not called. Sep 6? I called and the employee told me my charging port was fixed but the laptop won't turn on and there may be an issue with the motherboard, and that it would have to be sent to someone and I would need to pay extra. I explained that there shouldn't be anything wrong with the motherboard, I had disconnected several parts of the computer and didn't put them together properly so the issue should just be connecting everything properly. He said he would take another look at it and call me at the end of day. He said he couldn't figure it out but someone else would look at it Monday, and that I would get a call. Sep 10 it's now Wednesday and I have not heard anything, I tried calling and a request was put through by the sackville location to call me. When I didn't hear anything I got through to the sackville location again who said he put another request through. I did not get a call until the next day. I feel as though my laptop was not touched for the first two weeks until I called, and then I have been given the runaround and have had zero communication from geebo through all of this. I picked up my laptop and brought it elsewhere, and it was confirmed that my motherboard was fried. it was working fine until i disconnected it and brought it to geebo. I will not be back nor would I ever recommend geebo.
