The meal was delicious as we had stuffed mushrooms, bacon wrapped shrimp, Caesar salads, steaks & vegetables and lava cakes for dessert. It was such a fun experience we will definitely do it again if we return to Breckenridge. We also purchased a few of the make and take meals. The prices were reasonable and it was nice that the meals were delivered to our airBNB. Definitely made the trip more relaxing and we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the food, particularly with the little grandkids. Highly recommended!

We did a vegetarian dinner and man, it was good and worth it. This was my first time - but not last - hiring a private chef and it was just so much fun overall. I was hoping for some seasonal lattes on the menu, but we ended up with a hazelnut and vanilla latte, which were decent. I had the summer scramble and it was so delicious! It had corn, zucchini, and queso fresco, and everything tasted so fresh! I requested whole eggs instead of egg whites. The whole wheat bread it came with was a bit overtoasted / dry. I asked for my hash browns to be extra crispy, and they delivered. My boyfriend had the monte cristo and I liked it but he wasn't as excited. The local sausage it came with was so tasty! Definitely would order a side of that again. This is again one of those menus that has too much that sounds good, so it's hard to pick what to order. It's a small place but has a very nice ambiance with the mountains nearby.

We came hungry, and we were stuffed about 3/4 of the way through the experience. We were hit with pretty generous gnudi portions, ricotta is super filling!! Then the lamb saddle which was delicious. When the sorbet came out to relieve the palette I thought we were in for the home stretch but was surprised to get another super fatty (delicious) Iberico pork. Half way through that I had to tap out from the richness and portion. The energy sitting at the chefs tasting is part of the charm. Watching the flow of the kitchen might not be for everyone, it does get loud and feels pretty chaotic at times- we love it.

The evening started with them not remembering the food allergy that I told you about when i submitted your survey, but I digress. We started with a martini and an old fashioned. The martini was tasty but half of it was missing like where's the rest of my drink ‍. Second I had to ask for plates, not sure how you forget but remembered to give them to the table next to me ‍. At this point I'm over it and prefer my experience at raticato. Next strike, you ask us to order everything and you'll course it out but instead you interrupt us mid chew and ask to clear the table for our meals, absolutely unacceptable. How do you rush your customers. I get it's 8pm but you're open until 9:30 and if you're in a rush go home and send a server that wants to be there. Service, service, service. It was absolutely non existent and at a restaurant that isn't McDonalds prices, do better. You never came back to our table and asked if the food came out ok or if we needed more drinks. As a matter of fact, my spouse walked to the bar and ordered their own drink, unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. We couldn't enjoy our meal because the service was so poor and I'd absolutely not return. We had the Halibut, which was tasty but could do without the ro and the chicken dish, which was prepared well. The steak tartare was just ok and the bread and hummus was a good addition. Nah, wouldn't recommend. Please have a conversation with Olivia Z., if she's having a day she needs to exit and not work that day in hospitality. P.s. she also rushed another table that wanted to enjoy the chicken dish but she was too focused on leaving that she told them they should get dessert instead.

What a wonderful and pleasant experience with the chefs!…read more My cousins and I (13 of us) took a trip out to Breckinridge, Colorado for fun and we decided to hire a private chef to cook dinner for us one of the nights. We had two chefs arrive completely prepared with their own cookware and food to cook. They were very friendly, professional, and respectful. It was such a pleasure to welcome them into our Airbnb. They really made sure that we were comfortable and served well. The leader in me tried to help deliver the plates to the correct people, but they did not let me haha, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend booking a private chef through this company. It was such a great experience and let me tell you the food they prepared was PHENOMENAL! Every dish was prepared so well!! I was so impressed and satiated by the end of the meal. We had appetizers, main, and dessert. Even all the dressings and sauces on the meat options were great. I did not get a photo of the appetizers but they were so delicious as well!
