My payments were automated and changes to payment methods (when needed) were effortless whether called in or completed online. The container was spacious, easy to access and to secure. I actually quite enjoy the music: yacht rock, oughts hits, madonna, the works. Sometimes I'm here enjoying the music for so long, the lights go off in the hallway and I have to walk back down to the corner to trigger the motion sensors. These are minor setbacks. Staff at the front desk is very nice and willing to walk you to your unit for a grand tour and tutorial on lock opening. Parking is so easy, a spot right by my side door is always open! They have some flatbeds available to use strewn about the hallways. I do wish there was a readily available dumpster in the parking lot, though. I would love to be able to get rid of stuff on my way out.
