Everyone I've spoken with during and within my rental have all been friendly, personable and helpful. My payments were automated and changes to payment methods (when needed) were effortless whether called in or completed online. The container was spacious, easy to access and to secure. If I had to do it all over again, I have saved them in my phone (and maps app) in the event I should need a unit in the future. This is a service and business I highly recommend. I spoke to the GM and she informed me that my account was late due to a non-payment from way back in November 2025. All though the explanation made little too no sense I went ahead and made the 336 dollar payment because I still wanted my belongings. After making the payment the property manager informed me that they had cut my lock and replaced it with their s and she would have to escorts me to unlock my unit. When she unlocked my unit I immediately noticed that item had been stolen out of my storage unit. I had not been inside my unit in almost a year because I was out of town working. Clean, air conditioned, the soft radio hits lilt around you as you hunch over boxes of whatever odd…read morethings didn't make the cut to be stored at home. I actually quite enjoy the music: yacht rock, oughts hits, madonna, the works. Sometimes I'm here enjoying the music for so long, the lights go off in the hallway and I have to walk back down to the corner to trigger the motion sensors. These are minor setbacks. Staff at the front desk is very nice and willing to walk you to your unit for a grand tour and tutorial on lock opening. Parking is so easy, a spot right by my side door is always open! They have some flatbeds available to use strewn about the hallways. I do wish there was a readily available dumpster in the parking lot, though. I would love to be able to get rid of stuff on my way out.

I gave proper move out notice, but they refuse to prorate the rent and return the 2.5 weeks that we had prepaid but are unused due to moving out. Again, this is WITH proper move out notice. This location has terrible communication and customer service and I strongly advise not renting here. I've already ensured that 2 friends (who are looking for a storage location) are not considering this place in the slightest. All they want is your money, and make sure to take advantage of you to get it!

The owner doesn't seem to be here every day, but always answers the phone when I call. They have both climate controlled and non-climate controlled storage and offer a few sizes of storage. The place always seems clean and I've never had any issues with people or critters. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this location if you need a place to put some stuff.
