I requested a dumpster for 06/26/2026. The dumpster was never delivered after two phone calls I was told they could not deliver it, and could not guarantee it would be delivered the next day or by Monday, 06/29/2026. Since I had roofers waiting I canceled and requested a full refund to my credit card. I spoke with Lisa and she promised she was emailing me verification of cancelling and refunding $743.00. We called to report the container had not been picked up and the rep said "no problem" we will be there soon. We made sure to check we were not being charged additional fees and she indicated we were not. The next week we called again. Finally, three weeks later they pick up. Today we noticed almost $400 in additional charges. The supervisors are "unauthorized to speak with customers". STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! UPDATE: You actually did not send reminder emails and cannot provide phone transcripts from the two phone calls discussing removal of the dumpster. We have the phone records. read more

This is by far the worst company ever to deal with. The delivery is not on time, they did damage to the new asphalt driveway, which they said they would repair and didn't and are rude, disrespectful and impossible to contact. In addition, they will bill your credit card for services not performed. Please go the other way even if it is a few dollars more. You will not see their "hold harmless" and other agreements until after you pay and then have no recourse. Lousy service, see the 166 BBB open complaints against them. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! The dumpster was originally supposed to be dropped off Thursday. After multiple times calling customer service (on Thursday) it was discovered that they messed up the appointment and promised it would deliver no later than 10:00am Friday. My husband, my self, and a crew took off work to complete the necessary demo. As of 1pm we still have no dumpster. My husband called to check on it and was promised a call back, which he never received. I called to check on it and was sent around the world to find out it will not be here until 3:30pm (I'll believe it when I see it). When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told there wasn't one and I was also told that the owner will not speak with customers. I was offered $40 off which I appreciate but, it does NOT compensate for the time we have lost waiting on this dumpster! This is absolutely NOT the way to conduct business. Do NOT make promises you're NOT willing to stand behind! Make sure your customers are a priority because without them you have NO business! Update: As of 6:30pm we still have NO dumpster! My husband called around 5 and was told that they quit delivering @ 6pm. They told him to call back by 6:30pm if the dumpster had not arrived. He tried calling at 6:15pm and their message system picked up. At this point, I feel this is a company full of crooks that just want to give you the run around rather than following through with anything they say they will do.
