The drop off was early in the morning, which worked out perfectly for us, and it was picked up right on the third day in the afternoon as scheduled. Tommy was our driver for both the delivery and pick up, and he was fantastic. Very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I also called with a question about disposing of an appliance, and the lady who answered was incredibly kind and helpful. She even recognized me just from my phone number, which made the experience feel very personal. The entire process was simple and convenient. I was able to order and pay online, and I received all confirmations and invoices promptly via email and text. It is hard to find reliable businesses these days, but this company truly knows what they are doing. We wish them continued success and highly recommend them. Thank you again!
