So, my 2019 Honda CR-V would not start when I was in Forestdale so I called AAA. In the 11 years I have been with AAA, I have only called 3-4 times. They connect me with Absolute Towing who gives me a time of about an hour After a little while, The actual tow driver calls and says he will be at my location in about 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later, I call him back. Oh, sorry, I had to pick up a tow on the side of the expressway. They take higher priority because of safety. Look, I was pissed. If you had to take another tow, then call and tell me. Don't leave me hanging. It was 98 degrees outside and I was sitting outside waiting! He showed up about 30 minutes later. The entire time was about 2 hours and ten minutes. He did a good job hooking up the car, he got it to the dealer and unloaded without a problem. read more

This company is one that has a contract with AAA and it's horrible. The owner/dispatcher "Jimmy" is unprofessional and rude. After waiting almost 3 hours for a driver to change the tire on my 2018 Ford truck, he arrived without adequate tools, not even a flashlight. Seriously the guy used his cell phone to try and see in a pitch black lot while it poured down rain. Then he said he didn't know how to change a tire on a ford truck. But asked me to lie to AAA and say the spare was not safe to use. I refused. Ultimately he ended up having to tow my truck and drop it off at my house. I reported to AAA. Well the Jimmy guy calls me to ask what the problem was with his driver. I explained that I would rather not discuss with him and he hung up on me. Now I just found out they reported that the lugs were stripped on my car and that's why they couldn't complete the service. Total lie!! The service man didn't have the correct size lug wrench to even try and get the tire off. Be aware and stay away from this company. read more
