The office manager there is rude and condescending. She refused to let me get in touch with the owners and sent me childish text messages after I asked her to stop. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can send you the text to see for yourself. Do your self a favor and never use or recommend the business. The are many other places that will suffice for simple storage without having a G.E.D. Customer service rep belittle you and refuse to connect you to ownership. I feel sorry for the owners. read more
