We bought a dresser set up by Minds eye, then delivered. Shortly after the bottom drawer gets stuck once it's closed and will not open. The only way to open the bottom drawer at this point is to tilt the entire dresser forward. We now have to leave the bottom drawer open at all times. Pos dresser, and a waste of $700. We spent about 10k for furniture and our original salesperson was great. Very helpful. The problem came in when a wrong bar stool was delivered and we had to return to the store to get it replaced. Our original sales person was not there. Instead we got NICOLE who was rude and asked that we just leave the item and she would call us when she had time. I asked for a manger who came over and assisted us but if you go to this store do not expect any help or assistance from Nicole. read more

I don't normally do yelp reviews but it's the least I can do. Bill from Bedmart was our Christmas Miracle almost right out of the movies. My mom landed in the ER morning of X-mas eve due to severe back pains, couldn't get out of bed. It turned out she had cyatica due to compression fracture, this is going to be a long road. She needed an electronic bed to help her get out of bed. But by the time we got out of ER and got to Bedmart they were closed. While peeking through the locked glass door a man got out of his car and said sorry they're already closed. It was Bill the store manager who just happened to come back for some paperwork. He must have seen my desperation because next thing you know he's telling me to meet him at their other store on the next block. He opened the store just for my mom, yes on Christmas eve!. And because he knew she couldn't walk he even had a makeshift wheelchair (wheeled office chair) waiting for her by the door and bottled waters as if he knew we were thirsty. He was so knowledgeable about their products as well as back and sleep issues I was impressed! To top it off he encouraged mom to try the different beds and wouldn't hear of our apologies when mom had to go use the restroom. If you saw my mom that day you would understand why this meant so much. Every movement would set her off in excruciating pain so she was moving SUPER slow! We were in the store for over 2 hrs and Bill, our Christmas angel was amazing! Thank you Bill! read more

We bought a reclining couch/Love seat set from Minds Eye only for the couch middle section completely break only after having it a year. We had purchased the 5 year insurance plan with the couches through the store. When we began a claim with Montage (Insurance company) we received such a round around in filing a claim and the couch damage was covered. After so many challenges with the insurance company we decided to contact Minds Eye directly. Jenn at the Kahului store stepped in and took it upon herself to help us get this resolved. From beginning to end she exemplified such professionalism throughout the whole process, she went above and beyond and was able to get things resolved in a timely manner and we were able to get another similar couch/love seat set exchanged out. I just went to this new location and had an excellent excellent experience! My sales rep, Lu was extremely helpful! We purchased a very nice sofa bed. If I had one constructive criticism it would the stores sign out front! I didn't realize that this location had mostly furniture n not beds! I happened to go online and realized they sold mostly furniture unlike their sister store that sells mostly beds! horrible service. so rude. i'll never go back.. staff should try being friendly and kind and listen to your customer rather than shove "industry standards" in my face. As soon as I walked in someone approached me and asked me several questions about what size my living room is and what kind of furniture I'm looking for. it very quickly became clear that they didn't have what I was looking for (sofa with washable cushions). I told this person that I wanted to wash my cushions because I have three young children. her response was that washing cushion covers in the washing machine is very different from having it professionally cleaned. DONT YOU THINK I KNOW THAT?! That was rude. I don't appreciate the implication that I am ignorant about the cleaning of my furniture. I told the staff member that I just wanted to browse by myself. Then I overheard another staff member tell her that he's had a customer "like that" before. as I walked out, not one of the 3 or 4 staff members who were present at their desks right at the front door said goodbye or thank you or anything , and I was the only person in the store. very poor training what a disappointment. good luck read more
