Plus we also had a birthday girl who was looking for a new chair. So when we arrived a few minutes early. I figured we'd have to wait outside until they opened. Except it was our lucky day & they didn't make us wait outside. They let us in early to browse around. Which already made us feel like VIP's getting to walk around a private showing. I also appreciated our sales person Judy for being very easy to work with. Our friend is going to be having surgery soon & she wanted to find something comfortable to help speed up her recovery. Which even Judy was even able to relate & help make the perfect recommendations to even make the sale. Plus at a more reasonable price then other locations we've browsed around. On top of that we paid for it yesterday & it's in stock to be delivered today. So thank you for making Kathi a very grateful customer. On top of that my boyfriend's mother has been wanting a new dresser for her bedroom. Which we ended up finding two matching dressers that were also on sale for a reasonable price. That is also getting delivered today too. As for my mother she just enjoyed window shopping & hanging out with her friends. I on the other hand love every opportunity to check out a business. Great customer service is not only a huge bonus. But something I look for with every business I encounter. Plus I just enjoy sharing my experience with others too. So thank you for allowing me to browse around as well. Xoxo, ChelsieFletcher

The sales person was helpful with information and was easy to work with. Key words "sales person". It did make me feel comfortable when I was told that every mattress sold comes with 120 day satisfaction guaranteed during which time I can change my mind and return the mattress, for as long as I buy their $200 mattress protector. I bought the icomfort, one of the most expensive models, and after a few nights I realized this type of mattresses just aren't for me, I personally like the springs. I called the sales person and asked about returning it, and I was told that I can only exchange this mattress with another, I can't return it for a refund. Well, this little bit of information was strategically kept from me or not made clear because I was completely under the impression that if I didn't like it I can return it for a full refund. I like the $500 Costco mattress way better then this one but I guess now I'm stuck with an expensive uncomfortable mattress.
