Land and Sea, Sauces and Pacific Rim Dinner.

Ambiance, loved the coziness of the dining area. Music was good. Food was great. Loved the variety and the dinner combo for two was ideal. The portions were on point for two. Service was excellent. We got greeted by a nice young lady. When seated the waitress explained everything and answered all our questions. Also our server, Maria S., prepared an amazing Anniversary plate for us that I wanted to buy to take home. Maria, you are not only a great server, but also an amazing artist. Thank you! You made our night that extra special. Melting Pot, great service and great food. Highly recommend this Kendall Staple Restaurant. Will visit back soon!

First time here and it was a good experience with a theme called Wars of the Stars. The ambiance was nice. I was completely confused how the service worked until meeting our pleasant server. I ordered the sunsplash martini which was good and the Caesar salad to start; the Parmesan-dusted pine nuts were a great topping that I thoroughly enjoyed. For the entree, we chose The Classic that consisted of garlic pepper steak, teriyaki marinated steak, shrimp and herb crusted chicken breast (added extra shrimp instead of pork); the fondue cooking style was mojo which is a Caribbean-inspired, garlic, cilantro and citrus flavor that was divine. For dessert, the Yin & Yang was superb with the abundance of sweet treats & fresh fruits to dip. Absolutely stuffed to the max and can't wait to return !

This is a different experience! You cook your own food We chosen the potato loaded fondue and the meat to cook on a grill Service was amazing, waitress Diana was very helpful. Ambiance....place need a renovation!

Let's start off with the overall aesthetic if you will, I thought it was pretty nice and fairly intimate. Looked decent in its level of cleanliness which is something I like a place, especially somewhere I'm eating, to have in order. The girl who was our waitress was so bubbly and fun although I will say she said our group of girls was the best table she's had the whole night so maybe we were just hyping her up and making her feel good. Regardless the service was great! Food was also pretty good. I wouldn't say it's extremely gourmet or anything but it's good if you're looking for a lot of food for less than you'd pay at a place located closer to Miami. Be prepared to take food home if you go with the three course!! I was feeling too stuffed for my own liking afterwards lol

Summary: It had been a long, long time since I last had gone to any Melting pot. On one hand, it did not disappoint. The four-course meal was excellent, the service was [almost] impeccable, and everything was delicious. On the other, I feel it used to be more of an unique experience... maybe it is the post-covid world we're living in... The Experience. Made the reservation very easily through the website from my phone. No awkward interactions, just fill up the form, wait for the day, and show up. That's a win right there. I arrived with a friend from work early, but close enough to the time of our reservation, and in what was pretty much the only hiccup on the service, we were told we needed to wait for our table because they were not ready to serve costumers yet. It wasn't the fact that we had to wait in itself, but something about the way they told us, what rubbed me the wrong way a little bit. However, after they took us to the table, everything ran smoothly. We ordered the two-person four-course meal. First, the Classic Alpine cheese fondue, it couldn't be more perfect, though I wouldn't mind trying every other cheese fondue on the menu before setting that statement in stone ;-) The we had the Strawberry Pecan salad, which was pretty good, but of course it wasn't the star of the night. I had the the Pacific Rim entree, and she had the land and sea, and we chose the a Coq Au Vin (burgundy) cooking style. It was... fine. The ingredients were good, no complaint about that, but with that cooking style, everything get's dyed purple with the wine, and the flavor isn't (in my opinion) really improved over the Court Bouillon... but I have my sights in trying the mojo next time. The Pure Chocolate Fondue for dessert was all that you expect... if only I could eat three or four by myself without sharing in one sitting :p However, I'm planning on testing the dark and dulce or the flaming turtle next, because they sound interesting to me. Now, here's the thing. Everything was very good, including the service, and if I had never gone to a Melting Pot before, this would have been a full five-star review (yes, even with the issue earlier about "not being ready for guests". But it used to be more of a... show, I guess? But yes, it is still an "all night out" event. You can't just sit down, have a fondue and leave. You still take your time and enjoy the whole production... only, before, it felt like theater, and now it's more like the movies, if you catch he meaning of my feeling.

So I had been looking for an excuse to take my significant other to The Melting Pots, a special occasion or a memorable event. No, being a weekend is not good enough. Even The Melting Pot agrees. If you go to their website and try to reserve a table, it asks you what the occasion is, and being hungry is no longer a valid reason, not even it being a weekend. Her birthday was far off and our anniversary even further off, so I decided to invent an occasion, and I am intending to submit my newly created occasion to the United States Cultural Affairs department as my contribution to the dating society. I decided to celebrate the 500th day anniversary. Technically it is not an anniversary, it should be called something like 500th day-versary, and since this word does not exist, I will submit it to Webster as my contribution to English language. You're welcome. I digress. I hadn't been to this specific location in 20 some odd years, so I wasn't sure what I was going to see, but fortunately I was pleasantly surprised. They had me at hola. We walked in a saw nice decoratios with a big bar in the back. The hostess was nice and even though we were early, we didn't have to wait and were directed to our table. Each table was in a cube with a black curtain to draw if you wanted privacy. Mind you, the curtain was see-through, so no hanky panky, but for all those who were celebrating 500th day-versary, it added a nice touch to the ambiance. The waiter was very good, and I liked the variety of options on menu. And by the way, to all those who say "if I wanted to cook my own food, I would've stayed home", if sticking something to a stick and waiting for it to cook for a minute is cooking, then I am the best chef in town and all the kids who roast marshmallows are cooks. The ONLY problem with the food is that you know that there is dessert coming up next. As everyone knows, the dessert in The Melting Pot is an experience all on its own. Just thinking about that melted chocolate dripping off strawberry makes that broccoli being cooked seem less appetizing. That is why sometimes I go there just for the dessert. Let's just go to the good part. So the 500th day-versary was very good, knowing that there will be no 500th anniversary, and at my age, probably no 500th month-versary. Webster, I have another word to submit.

This is what amazing customer service is in Miami... the people here really make you feel so special and I can't tell you how welcome it is! I came here today to celebrate finishing chemo, I came right before I started, and I visited once or twice during, and everyone here has remembered me and supported me throughout this journey. The teamwork that I see here at this restaurant really is a testament to what incredible people they have here. This will always be our number one go to place whenever we get to have a night out! I'm so grateful for all the hugs, GREAT food, fun memories and love you get here! Iria especially, such a gem!

Our server was lovely. She gave us great recommendations and was quick to serve us! We ordered the Wisconsin cheese fondue and and for the dessert we order The Oreo! The food was as always, on point and the service was quick. Very nice ambiance. The only down point is the restaurant needs a little updating.

    Bigger Night Out

Like the place. The lights are dimmed like a romantic ambiance. The complete fondue experience for two was good. The Loaded Baked Potato Cheddar is really good, but the green apple is not a good combination with cheese. I wasn't a big fan of boiling the meat, but the experience was fun. The Bigger Night Out comes with a decent number of choices for two. Flaming Turtle Chocolate Fondue is so good; so make sure you have room for this. Thank you, Diana, for such a wonderful experience.

First time coming to the melting pot. It was a nice experience. The ambiance was nice. Our server Maria was very nice and explained everything.. the best part was the dessert for me lol.. definitely would recommend!

ive been coming to the melting pot for quite some time with my family and its always such an amazing time. you get to eat such delicious food while also interacting with your table by cooking the food and making it fun. some people don't like the idea of doing this but I love it because you get to have a fun little experience and its just a great and relaxing atmosphere! we always get the cheese fondue then of course the selected meats with our cooking pot and a delicious chocolate fondue in the end with sweet treats to dip. This one is their dark & dulce dessert and it had (and still has) my mouth watering fun fact: you can also request it be set up for any special night, just let them know!

The Melting pot is a 5 out of 5 hands down. My partner and I came here for our anniversary and it was very private and secluded. The customer service was amazing staff is very friendly and interactive throughout all the four courses. First you receive the cheese fondue, then the type of salad, next the main entrees, and lastly your choice of chocolate. The food is very good and I love the concept that you cook it on the grill or a pot (including your choose of stew to cook meat in). It is a little pricey but for a special occasion I think it is worth it without a doubt (: They're only accepting reservations only if not the wait is over 1-2 hours long FYI.

Amazing night spent at The Melting Pot Miami having a fabulous four-course fondue dinner. Started out with their Octoberdest beer cheese with pretzels, short rib, and sausages. The cheese is so perfect and goes very well with everything. Next, the meal was followed by a California salad of greens with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts which was so flavorful I could've kept eating it all night. The main course was terriyaki steak, chicken, shrimp and more of those fabulous sausages. The flavors were just so good that I am dreaming of having more. Lastly, the chocolate fondue which was served with an assortment of dipping items like strawberries, bananas, apples, waffles, and cream pufffs. The milk chocolate was just the right combination for everything. The drinks were made strong and flavorful. My Dark and Stormy was made perfectly. The Ying and Yang dessert martini was delicious and both my wife and I shared it and wished we would have ordered one each instead. Service wise, impeccable! The manager was around to ensure our experience was memorable and the wait staff were full of personality, charisma, and always around to make sure we had everything we needed. Great spot for a date night, for a nice conversation over dinner, or to celebrate a birthday or another important moment.

The hostess was extremely misleading, telling us she would "show us to our table" and asking us to "follow her outside for a moment before heading back in." At no point did she explain that we were actually being taken an entire BLOCK AWAY to a SEPARATE BUILDING used for private events. Had this been communicated honestly, we would never have agreed. Instead, we were blindsided. The off-site space felt like a cheap banquet hall completely devoid of the energy and ambiance the Prime brand is known for--especially unacceptable on New Year's Eve. My fiancee says it is packed with caffeine and its subtle sweetness pairs well with spicy broth and their food. We will definitely be back next time!

Nice excited clientele buzz abounds here with families, friends and couples all enjoying their hotpot meals here. I chose the house original soup broth base and hubby got seafood ginger. Tables are well spaced so you aren't on top of anyone when you scoot your chair out to fill your plate. Everything is labeled, organized perfectly and there are SO many choices! Seafood, meats, exotic vegetables, fruits, vegetarian options, desserts and all my favorite ice creams! Our Cheerful waitress went over and above, freshening our tea to our liking constantly clearing and inquiring how we prefer our tea strength. She even poured it and gave us to go cups! Nice. The price for two Sunday All u can eat dinners with hot tea was $67 before tax. The cost is well worth it! I love coming here before a show at The Hard Rock. We spent a couple of happy hours enjoying hot pot style dining. So fun! Definitely check out Lemongrass Hotpot when in the area. Thanks for following me, Happy Spring 2026! ~Tami in Miami

The wait time was quick--under 5 minutes--on a saturday night and we were seated outside. We started with a fried seafood appetizer, which was enjoyable. For my main dish, I ordered the linguine alle vongole. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. Every bite contained noticeable sand, making the dish gritty and inedible. I asked for it to be removed from the bill and declined a replacement. The manager, Fabian, came over but did not seem very understanding or accommodating. Stating they always clean their clams and that he would see with the kitchen. While the dish was removed, the issue didn't feel properly acknowledged. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I likely will not return. I have been to many restaurants and asked for this same dish and never had to crunch on sand
