I have also enjoyed orders of fried chicken from other Local Kitchens. Those fried chicken entrees were all fine. But the fried chicken entree from Novato has a crust that is like biting into rock. It should be crispy, not hard like concrete. You might find the crust "very crunchy." The meat is moist and fully cooked, but I needed a knife to get pass the hard crust. The biscuit was soft and fluffy. I didn't try the salad. Local Kitchens is supposed to duplicate the real Fried Chicken Entree, and this rock hard crust is not acceptable.
