Maybe a bag or something that blocks heat and keeps cold in? I loved that I didn't have to request Parmesan sprinkles and red pepper flakes. I'm not too keen on smoke flavored or dry brisket but Jim's totally changed my mind! Blew all of us away. For a party of 4 adults, this would last us 3 meals. We couldn't stop raving about it afterwards!!! My personal fave is the pork belly. The sauce was sweet, tangy, and had a bite. I couldn't get enough! Brisket was fatty but I love fattier pieces of meat. The chicken looked dry but it was tender and full of flavor! I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely order again from Jim's!
