I was introduced to this product by my mom several years ago. (She gave me my first bottle.) My usage has become more consistent over the past year or so. Although it actually has a range of other good-to-your-body ingredients, the primary reason I use it is because I know I don't regularly eat enough green vegetables. So I supplement by adding a heaping tablespoon of Vitamineral Green to the smoothies I drink before my morning workout. I'm not sure why but when I first used this product (several years ago) it seemed to produce headaches. I stopped taking it after a week or so but used it sporadically for a few years. When my (now-deceased) husband got sick, I knew I needed to take better care of myself and I began to take a harder look at this product. And while I conducted no scientific tests to prove this, my thought is that the headaches I experienced in the past were likely due to several factors: I wasn't drinking enough water (barely one glass a day!), I wasn't getting enough rest/sleep, and my daily eating and drinking habits needed an intervention. Fast forward to now and a day without my Vitamineral Green is a day my body knows something is missing. Along with drinking more water, getting more sleep, and exercising, I feel like this product has helped improve my general overall health in the past year. I recommend checking out their website, calling with any questions, reading online reviews before making a decision about purchasing any of their products. They have excellent customer service!

If we want a change, we may go with the Mango Yuzu cake. We went specifically for the Strawberry shortcake on this visit, but they were already all out of the Strawberry shortcake and it was around noon. We ended up getting the Berry Chantilly Cake. The 10% Amazon Prime discount DOES NOT apply to cakes.

So I'm used to running in her for a fast meal or a few unique grocery items. First off, the parking can be a challenge. We ran in there recently at 9:15 pm, so parking was easy. But at peak times you may be fighting for a space. There are a few spots out front, and then the parking garage built onto the back of the store's building. This at least gives extra spots in a tight space. I love the prepared foods and the bakery, they are my favorite part of the store. Pizza, sushi, a hot bar with tons of options, and the cold case with tons of salads, veggie mixes, pastas, etc. Plus Prepared meals to take home and heat up, packaged soups, sandwiches, and juices. And the bakery has a ton of great choices. Among the favorites are the gourmet cookie bar that's sold by the pound to mix & match, and cakes that come whole or in single servings, scones, muffins, brownies, etc. If you can't find a dessert here you want to take home, then you just don't like desserts. They have an extensive cheese section and some interesting produce as well. I'm not as big a fan of the grocery selection, but I do occasionally buy something in the snack or frozen section. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Be aware that going in the last hour means that you won't have access to the prepared foods, because they start pulling them from the floor. This is because they participate in the Too Good To Go program, which offers discount mixed bags of either the prepared foods or the bakery. It's one of the hardest options to get, being already sold out way in advance. The one downside is the customers. I have run into some rude, entitled people who cut lines, block aisles, and only care about themselves. It may be because of the area, or the image, who knows.

I really love the pre-prepared things in the deli their produce is very good as well. I like the fact that they have a bulk section. Additionally, their sushi, smoothie bar and pre-made foods are top notch - they are MILES ahead of any of the "big" grocery stores. So the question is - if they are so great, why do they only have 4 stars on Yelp? One major reason is that they stretch their products. If you don't check the expiration date on every product you purchase, you will end up buying something months after it expired. I purchased a Brie-en-croute on sale for Super Bowl. I was so excited to try it. When I opened the box, the product had mold all over it. I looked at the expiration date and it was not supposed to expire for another week. Then I looked more closely. They had an expiration sticker that was on the box that had already passed, and then they put another sticker on top of that one with a different expiration date. That's not accidental - that's intentional. I definitely felt taken advantage of. Is it enough to make me stop shopping at Frazier Farms? Absolutely not. But, if this grocery outlet wants to improve, they need to look into why so many products on the shelves are expired. I understand not wanting to waste things. But you can't put new stickers on top of old stickers while selling a moldy product. I hope someone in management reads this review, and takes it seriously. I don't have time to go back to Fraziers every time I have to return an expired product. If that changes, I will change this review to 5 stars.
