I got home from work late and was so exhausted that I couldn't lift a finger to make dinner. I found this company, Oceanside Delivery, and thought why not? I'm hungry and tired! I ordered Chicken Parmesan with a side of mash potatoes and veggies from Olive Garden. I made a point to pay attention to the time and MUCH to my satisfaction, the food arrived in a little less than an hour and was fresh and warm! We ordered BWW from Oceanside delivery. We got everything except one snack size wing. I reached out multiple times but never heard anything back. It's a bummer, the driver was kind and very speedy. Edit* I heard back from the company. I received a refund for the order I didn't receive as well as a 10% off voucher. I've ordered from here several times, always great service and great food. The available restaurants change every now and then but I think it's still pretty awesome to have food you normally would have to go sit down and eat for delivered right to your door :) every time I've had excellent service, and timely too. read more

These guys are great! It's so nice to be able to get Buffalo Wild Wings delivered! You don't pay much more than you would if you went out and tipped like a normal person, and no one else delivers anything around here that isn't pizza or Chinese. We just ordered from them last night and I have to say going off the other reviews, I was super skeptical. That being said, we really wanted to eat olive garden in our pjs while watching the pro bowl. We are on the north side of base, a good 20 minutes from Oceanside and even further from Carlsbad where Olive Garden was located. Their online ordering process was super easy. We had no complaints on that and we received a confirmation email. They told us to expect a 5:15 delivery, roughly an hour and a half. That wasn't bad to us, we ordered early figuring it would take a bit. The driver arrived with the food at 5:30. It wasn't hot, but it was definitely not cold. You can't expect the food to arrive piping hot when there's such a drive involved, without other factors like Olive Garden running behind, traffic or gate back ups. The only thing I would request is that they check the order before leaving the restaurant. We ordered a pumpkin cheesecake and a white chocolate cheesecake. We got two pieces of white chocolate cheesecake. No big deal though, we ate it anyway. Will definitely recommend to friends in the area and will order from them again. read more

We have ordered from this service twice now. Both times they have been late. The first time they were 45 minutes late with our food (it took them almost 2 hours to get it here). The second time they were about ... well, we're still waiting on it. I ordered it at 3:11 and it's now 4:45 and still no dinner. Biggest waste of our time and money EVER. I like the service. It is not a scam like you might see some people say, they really will bring restaurant food from out in town to Pendleton. We were sorry to hear about the fraud from some of your clients and are glad you are offering your service to base residents again. Wish the food showed up just a bit warmer but i know traffic can be rough. Good idea that needs just needs a little tweaking, but what new company doesn't? Delivery estimations could be more accurate so this may not be the most convenient for families with small or demanding children due to a sometimes long wait, however this is not a problem for us. We do not always get the email updates but being that they are often inaccurate this isn't a major discrepancy. Most of what we have ordered has traveled well with the exception of some of the fried foods. This is to be expected, but with that in mind I would be hesitant to spend my money on an order of mostly fried food, most of which will be soggy and unappealing by the time it arrives. Price is reasonable for what it is. I would love to see another gift card giveaway like the company used to do on their Facebook page, but it seems the page has gone unresponsive recently and getting an answer to a question or comment from staff on the page is difficult at best. My only real complaint is with the drivers. I think maybe they need to be monitored a little better while on the job. Sometimes they smell of cigarettes so strong they cant deny they were just smoking not five minutes before while in the car with our food. One lady showed up and although very friendly and polite, left a baby in the car crying while bringign our food. It was only for a moment but you shouldn't be letting your employees bring their kids to work and the shouldn't be leaving them alone in cars. A month ago I saw one of your employees deliver to my neighbor and they had a whole car of people with them. One in the back seat was smoking visibly during this time. Unprofessional to say the least. I would have to strongly recommend either mentoring or restructuring your staff to better represent your company values. I have seen the topic of your staff smoking previously being talked about on Facebook. While I have witnessed comments made by who I presume to be an employee that smoking is prohibited while working, simply prohibiting it has obviously done little to stop the drivers from doing so regardless. The last time we ordered from you there were cigarette ashes in the bottom of the takeout bag. Although we enjoy being able to get delivery food that is not pizza on base, until some changes are made with the staff we will not be ordering from you again. Make these changes apparent and we will be happy to return to using your service regularly. read more
