The first thing I noticed was how dirty some things were, like the mini split system that heats and cools the place, absolutely filthy! As I watched the swinging door leading to the back food prep area swing open it was just as filthy behind the scenes. The dining area was pretty clean as far as the eye could see, however, under a UV black light flashlight with a 365nm the flat surfaces might show different. Anyway, I must say our breakfast choices were very good, well prepared and served hot and the staff were all very friendly. It reminds me of the diners back in the 50's even tho I wasn't around back then.
