A young lady was brought to me, and I thought she was the shampoo girl. The other stylists all had nice clothes on, and their hair done. This young lady was wearing torn (possibly dirty) jeans and an old t-shirt. Her hair looked like she just rolled out of bed. I was hopeful though. After a bad experience prior, this young lady listened to what I wanted. She did give me a great shampoo. I didn't feel like she finished the style, as my hair looked messy, so I asked to have some curl put into the style. I also had my eyebrows done. She did a great job with that. I'd recommend her there! In the end, the haircut was pretty close to what I wanted, and I was able to work with it when I got home. She DID listen to what I wanted, which was more than the first attempt, in another salon had done. I started to wonder if any of the younger stylists care how they look, since this was the second stylist, (at the other salon) that didn't seem to care. I read some really great reviews about Hair Graphics but, in the end, I gave this experience just an "OK' rating. It's just my opinion but, looks matter when you are walking into a salon for the first time, and I worried that, if the stylist didn't care how she looked, why would she care if I looked ok, walking out?
