I had to tell her to texturize the ends vs having thick straight cut ends that stuck out.... Had to tell her twice to shorten it to the length of the referent picture....and had to tell her twice to angle the front to frame my face. I shouldn't have to continuously repeat myself when there was a picture! Maybe if she wasn't so busy chatting with her coworker this wouldn't have been an issue. The price was cheaper compared to other salons which was a plus.... But I shouldn't leave a hair salon feeling like I need to throw it in a bun and look for another salon to fix it.
