All he said was that they didn't carry a foundation that my mom wanted to try and told us that we should look for something that won't settle in her creases and that was it. No recommendations, no advice. I also asked him about a highlighter that I didn't know if Too Faced still sold and all he did was point me to the Too Faced section. Didn't help me look at all or look it up to see. Very unhelpful and very unfriendly. If you are trying to get recommendations on makeup, don't go here. They don't care and don't want to help you.

When I called, I asked for a stylist level II, or II. This was something I didn't do before at other salons - and ended up with $75 haircuts. Lesson Learned! My stylist, Shae, did a phenomenal job. From the moment I walked in to the salon, I was greeted by friendly faces, given great service, and they even gave me a "new customer goody bag" that included some travel sized shampoo and conditioner, along with coupons. I waited out front for 5 minutes until finally the first girl walked to the back to say, "there is a woman waiting out front." I was greeted by a stylist, Monika, who took my information - I wanted a shampoo and haircut. After entering my info into the computer, she walked me back to her station. I had to say, "could I get my hair shampooed please?" She walked me back and only put a small towel under my neck. When I sat up from the chair, my hair was wrapped in a small towel and was dripping down the back of my shirt because she did not put a cape on me. When I walked back to her station, it was very dirty and had cut hair from a previous client all over the seat, foot rest, and floor. She didn't even offer to wipe off the seat. I wiped it off myself before I sat down, to which she said, "oh, sorry about that," but didn't really seem that sorry. I sit down and the entire haircut takes about 5 minutes TOTAL. She asked if I wanted my hair blow-dried, and I said yes. Half-way through, she stops to ask if I wanted it completely dry, or just not dripping - I said completely dry. She stopped again a couple minutes later to ask again if it was "dry enough" - still damp. I gave up and said it was fine because she obviously wasn't interested in taking the time to dry it completely. At the end, she didn't even offer a mirror to check everything out. When I came home, I asked to have a picture taken to see what it looked like - and it is terrible. Very chunky and not even. I am going to have to get another haircut to fix this one. Very, very disappointed.
