When you're a woman, haircuts can be quite possibly the most scary endeavor you face every few months. For me, I wanted to try Geno Levi Salon, because it's in a central location - and they seemed to have a ton of stylists - so I knew I wouldn't have to wait several months for an appointment. When I called, I asked for a stylist level II, or II. This was something I didn't do before at other salons - and ended up with $75 haircuts. Lesson Learned! My stylist, Shae, did a phenomenal job. From the moment I walked in to the salon, I was greeted by friendly faces, given great service, and they even gave me a "new customer goody bag" that included some travel sized shampoo and conditioner, along with coupons. The salon was very clean, and everyone was hard at work. I really felt that the atmosphere was very inviting and the stylists really enjoyed being there and got along well. read more

I'm absolutely blown away by the act of the kindness I received today at this salon. Geno Levi is the kindest person and he really knows everything there is to know about hair. Katy the hair stylist is amazing and has clients fly in from Florida to see her! She is amazing with brow waxing too! The customer service is exceptional! My normal stylist charges were very reasonable. She is out on leave and I was assigned another stylist. Her performance was fine until the time for payment. She disappeared and the desk informed me of the charges which turned out to 50% more than my prior stylist. I questioned the increase for a 20 minute cut. I was told time of service for the stylist. I guess I should have deducted my hourly for the time I waited past my appointment time. Geno Levi rates are obscene for 20 minutes of service. I won't b back read more

Geno Levi is an all around amazing person. As a hairstylist, he is very knowledgeable on how to keep my hair amazing. The best thing about my hair cut is that it's exactly what I wanted and it didn't take 2 hours!!!! His staff is super friendly and accommodating. The salon is by far the most clean, beautiful and well-run place I've ever visited. I only hoped I lived in town so I can visit more often. So great. This place looks super pricey, but it isn't if you just want a basic cut. I have been twice and both times so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the facility. These folks make my hair look awesome and they are kind too. My first time there, I told the stylist of my discomfort in salons because I'm garbage at makeup and things, and she and everyone there made me feel so welcome. Cancelled my appointment called but never left a message or text, but they did call me twice 2 days prior and sent an email informing me of my appointment and was looking forward. I don't live close to this salon , when I arrived she told me of the cancellation and wanted to know if I would be willing to accept another stylist and I agreed to that, then she said their was no one available. As soon as you walk in the doors the staff welcomes you. After checking you in the offer refreshments while you wait. Stylists are friendly and willing to get to know their clients. When checking out I received a 'new customer' bag, which had coupons and travel size shampoo and conditioner. read more

I went to Geno Levi Salon for the first time about a week ago. I decided to make a change and go slightly darker than my usual blond highligts. Daniel gave me a great cut, but the color was a little off--a little dull. I am extremely particular about my hair, so I called to have the color adjusted. Without hesitation or grief, Daniel brightened my color perfectly. My color looks great, matches my skin tone, and gave me the change I needed to jump into the fall season. read more

Geno stays on top of the current styles and color is the best. Uses product from Italy and only does what is necessary at the time. He doesn't always do highlights or low lights, only what is needed to make your hair look great. Never disappointed with my hair cut or the color. His salon is always busy since each of his operators have the same high quality standards. read more

I just brought my 10 year old daughter to donate 12 inches of hair. Jessica was our hair stylist. She was absolutely fabulous. Not only did she make my daughter feel comfortable, she was encouraging and kind. After her 12 inches were braided and cut off, she was meticulous about giving her an adorable hair cut. It exceeded our expectations. We will be requesting Jessica again on our next visit!! read more

Had the worst haircut here recently. Thought I would give the salon a try as a few others recommended it. I specifically said not to have the length hit at right above shoulders and she cut the choppy layers to hit this exact area. The layers do not blend and increase the friziness overall. Now I'm in the grow out process and wearing my hair up every day. read more

My husband goes there but I usually drive back home to have my hair done. After my husband sang praises of the salon I made an appointment. I asked for layers to stack my hair to lay nicer. The girl cut my hair the opposite direction of what I requested! Not only was the cut super pricey, all she did was cut it, no wash and style and it was terrible!
