LKHA did an incredible job not only with my hair, but also with the precautions during this COVID pandemic. They required clients to wait in their car instead of in the waiting area inside to avoid close contact with other clients, they checked my temperature at the door, gave me hand sanitizer, all surfaces and tools were sanitized, it wasn't crowded at all, and masks were being worn properly by everyone. The service was superb! I received text message reminders of my appointment, which I greatly appreciated. The head massage and hot towel with essential oils was divine, and Ashley cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, and even taught me how to curl it the way I wanted. I was very impressed with everything from when I made my appointment to the moment I left with a fresh cut. I will most certainly be back. read more

I am new to Morgantown and wanted to find a great hair salon for a Military Ball. I got my makeup and hair done for the event by Jamie and she did an amazing job. I have never felt more beautiful in my life than after I had my makeup and hair done up. Jamie is truly a professional and her work made me feel like the Bell of the Ball. I honestly did not stop smiling the entire night because I was so confident in the job Jamie did. I moved to Morgantown about 5 months ago and have been looking for a hair salon. Well, my search is over. LKHA was amazing! The stylist was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a great color and was able to touch up my layers in a matter of minutes. It looks great. It is a little pricier ($98 for a cut and color) but well worth it. They offer you coffee or water when you walk in. Are very friendly. You get a head, neck, and face massage with the shampoo. It was a great experience. I will definitely be going back here. read more

I have never received a bad hair cut or color job here. I've been going for 4 years and had several different hair stylists. All have been great. It's a little expensive, but no more than other salons in the area. Plus....the head massage. Awwwwww. My favorite. read more

It was surely a wonderful visit. I am new to town and was confused and concerned that whether or not I would be able to find the right hairdresser for me and I think I just found one, couldn't happy more. Staff was super nice, friendly and welcoming. Salon environment had such a homy vibe. The girl who took care of my hair, her name is Hannan, such a cute nice young girl and more importantly excellent at her job. She gave me a super nice haircut. I really enjoy this place. I am getting ready for my second appointment. I drive 45 minutes to come here. You are greeted at the door with your option of water, coffee, or tea. You can change into a robe to protect the color from transferring to your clothes, you get a fantastic massage while they are shampooing your hair in a dark room! Need I say more?! oh wait........ its all Paul Mitchell Products!! They have such skill, and even better customer service. Although pricey.. good customer service is hard to find! read more

I went into hoping to get a great cut. I took a picture with me but i got a ok cut but not the one I wanted. The cost of the cut was $55.0 . Way to much for what I got. When I got home i saw where the stylist missed hair and it was not cut right. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have it fixed. So disappointed. Won't be back. read more

My regular salon was booked, so I had to go to LKHA. There was a lot of availability at the last minute, which should have told me the kind of service I was about to receive. The facility is nice; however, the attitude of most of the staff offsets the vibe. When I walked in, I was given a tour and asked if I need anything. I declined. Once my service started, I was sitting around the "color bar" with 2 or 3 other girls. I was ignored the whole time while the rest of the people there talked about kids and babies ( I cannot relate). That was an annoyance, but not a deal breaker. My stylist asked what I wanted done. I said I wanted to go lighter in color. She asked if I wanted a cut and I said no. ...3 hours later (no joke) My hair was DARKER with strands of gray and I was charged $190 for a crappy color job and $50 for the cut that I specifically said I did not want. When I left I was on the verge of tears and I just wanted out of there. The next day I called and asked to talk to the manager. I told her I was unhappy with the ugly gray hair I just paid $190 for. She put the blame on the stylist and said I could talk to her. The stylist called me (3 days later) and said I could come back and pay an additional $190 for a new service. I was hoping they could at least fix the travesty they created, but nope! I am already a very light blonde, so I wasn't asking a lot to go lighter. Overall, very unprofessional and VERY overpriced for what you get. Avoid at all costs. read more

I love it here! I started going here a little over a year ago when I moved to Morgantown at the recommendation of a friend. I've had both Erica and Jessie do my hair and I always leave very happy! The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone is so friendly. I definitely recommend this salon! read more
