After getting the bulk of my move taken care of I got the Aveda Stress Relief Massage. It was wonderful and I did feel a huge relief, I didn't really enjoy the scrub applied to my back, but that wasn't a huge deal. Erin did excellent work and gave me some tips to assist my poor back. The front desk was very professional and I rescheduled another massage. I love the ambiance of Tuscan, as you walk to the massage rooms in gets a little darker so you aclimate to relaxation. A couple days later I scheduled an eyebrow and bikini wax online, accidentally for the wrong day. I called the next day to reschedule both from the 29th to the 30th, but either I wasn't very clear or the woman was experiencing a case of the Mondays because she only moved one of the appointments and I had to call again to move the other. I look forward to having other services completed here.

Unfortunately, my first experience at Tuscan Sun was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I arrived early so I could review the brochure and choose the right facial. I expected an aesthetician who could guide me, ask questions about my skin, and make recommendations. Instead, the aesthetician seemed unsure about the services and unable to explain anything in detail. I ended up suggesting options -- either the caviar facial or the brightening facial -- and she simply chose between them without providing any real consultation. I also mentioned wanting her advice on Botox for my forehead lines. Her immediate response was dismissive: "No, you don't need that -- I have more lines than you." That was not professional, nor was it an actual consultation. During the service itself, she never asked about my skincare routine, what products I use, or what concerns I have. She didn't recommend anything for maintenance or future care. And to make matters worse, she barely touched my face. It genuinely didn't feel like I had a facial at all. When the service ended, I had a thick layer of exfoliant still on my skin and globs of product left on my lips. I had to go to the restroom afterward to clean my own face. For $175, I received absolutely nothing of value. When I walked out of the room and asked about next steps, she simply said, "You can go down and check out." No aftercare. No guidance. No interest. At checkout, I asked the front desk staff whether I should wash my face because of all the product left on me. They looked at me like I was asking something strange. The entire experience made me feel unwelcome and honestly embarrassed -- like they didn't want me there at all. I walked in thinking I might sign up for a monthly membership. I walked out knowing I will never go back. This was hands-down the worst spa experience I have ever had -- and I moved here from New Jersey, where I've had many facials over the years. I've never had anything close to this level of unprofessionalism and lack of care. Never again

There was quite a few people inside the store and a handful of employees The store is having quite a bit of sales going on. The staff is friendly and the store is full of merchandise. Great shop for lotions, creams, candles and accessories. We enjoyed a few of their new scents Poppies, Butterfly and a Lemon Freshening one. We enjoyed seeing all the Halloween decorations and new scents. I really liked some of them a lot and opted to share pics of them. I loved the fact that so many employees were helpful, greeted us and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Definitely going back again especially after payday to get a new lotion!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Dermatology Center for Skin Health. The level…read moreof disorganization, incorrect interpretation of test results (was told that I had Lupus which wasn't accurate after my new dermatologist reviewed the same test results), lack of communication, and overall, toward patient concerns was unacceptable. No privacy at patient check-in's as you could hear everything while sitting in waiting room. Appointments were rushed by Maouad, questions were brushed off, and follow-up care was practically nonexistent. For a place that markets itself as patient-focused, the reality was the exact opposite. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to resolving the issue I came in for. Finally left this place and found probably one of best dermatologist in Morgantow. Was sold (twice) their private label skin care products instead of being provided with the prescription medications needed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking competent or attentive dermatological care.

This Sally's location has pretty much everything you would need from simple shampoo two things that will make your hair lay flat like you just got done ironing it. My sister in law is a really good hairdresser and my daughter is having flakes in her hair. She explained to me that she needed some type of tree oil and coconut oil. Well off to Sally's we go. This particular location happen to have both of the oil's in the exact same location. It made it very easy to find them get in get out. I'm grateful for that as I was tired and in no mood to look around. I also really appreciate the variety of ethnic products that this Sally's beauty supply has. Let's face it living in Morgantown the pickings are pretty slim and if you are really needing something it's best that you have Amazon prime. Each time I go to this particular Sally's location they have exactly what I need.

Would give less than 1 star if I could, where to begin? 1.)…read moreYour script takes 10 to 15 minutes to get from your doctor to the pharmacy (I know from the auto notification that i received), however they tell you that the minimum amount of wait time is automatically 2-4 hours at the earliest. 2.) You try to switch your scripts to a better pharmacy and they give the pharmacist a extremely long wait time (as I was informed from the other pharmacy). 3.) You try to call the pharmacy because after an entire day (over 8 hours) they still haven't faxed your scripts over to the other pharmacy. And you guessed it, I'm still on hold waiting to even say my issue and it's already been over 1 hour on hold. Worse I can stand the horrible music, but around every 15 seconds it says "we're sorry a staff is answering other calls and will be with you shortly". I'm beginning to wonder.... I'm guessing that I will be here for quite awhile longer since noone is answering the phone, I swear though after all that if they hang up on me I'll complain to corporate. To the people who frequent this pharmacy, I honestly feel sorry for you. There's better ones out there, and they deliver. Bonus? No indecent wait times
