Which that says a lot for any worker. She not only come in on her day off, but also come in to the shop at 8pm ! I get off work at 7:30, drove straight there. And she was there ready to get to work! She worked for 3 hours straight on my hair just to get it back to functional hair ! This woman is a blessing. I cannot ever thank her enough for saving my hair. I have a pretty severe aversion to medical procedures of any kind. My anxiety is high before I even enter the office. Dr. Rosenberger and her staff do everything in their power to alleviate this stress and anxiety. Dr. Rosenberger puts me at ease with her demeanor and we have had frank discussions about my issues. She takes this into account when performing procedures and "talks me through it" without fail. Obviously, given a choice, I would avoid this process altogether, but that is not a wise choice. I am happy that if I have to deal with this, I have Dr. Rosenberger in my corner.

She said she's been there 3+ years? How? Zero time management. The plate of food was a nice touch, but I'd trade that for a more professionally ran spa. No tub liners were used, my tools were not opened in front of me - I'm not even sure they were sterilized. The salon wasn't dirty, but it did look cluttered, messy, and disorganized. TS was my fourth nail salon to try in Fairmont. The previous three were just as bad or worse. I was told TS was the best in Fairmont. I hope not, or I'll be trying salons in a whole different city.
