The office was clean, modern, and comfortable. I also observed children working very hard to earn coins from staff to attain prizes from this neat gum ball machine. We have made four appointments for dentures at this location. all appointments were made through a…read morecall center. All appointments were never confirmed or followed up with by the business. Upon following up with each of the made appointments we were told that the appointments did not exist or had been moved without any notification. today upon following up for an appointment for June 10th after attempting to do business with affordable dentures for the last two months fully aware of the covid situation and being patient we were again told that no appointment existed and that the soonest appointment available would be nearly 2 months from now on July 29th. So our options are to use affordable dentures and weight the two months hoping that that appointment lasts and isn't removed as well or disappear or to find a local business that will cost more and doesn't have the convenience of affordable dentures according to other users. I cannot believe this is how they intend to do business I would hope someone will read this and try to rectify the situation or this will ward off people who expect more from the medical facilities they do business with.
