When I walked in I was greeted by the kindest lady at the front desk explained everything including my insurance and gave me my paperwork and explained it all. I also was greeted by Andrews wife faith who I recognized from the gas station where they live and I worked at. I didn't have ANY insurance and really should have been denied to be even looked AT. The kind people took me back and reassured that I was safe and everything would be ok. Dentist Andrew came in and made me feel so comfortable and his wife stayed in with me to hold my hand. All he did was look that day but he never had to even let me through the doors. The people are kind and caring and love to help any way possible. I didn't have not one issue. He is covered completely by my insurance and they pay for all of my teeth to be taken out and for my dentures. Getting my teeth removed slowly 3 at a time has been the best experience. He knows what he's doing is gental caring and not judgemental and fast. He takes pride in his job and is so busy. Sometimes he needs a break for some relief from him pulling teeth and takes time to himself and his family. We have made four appointments for dentures at this location. all appointments were made through a…read morecall center. All appointments were never confirmed or followed up with by the business. Upon following up with each of the made appointments we were told that the appointments did not exist or had been moved without any notification. today upon following up for an appointment for June 10th after attempting to do business with affordable dentures for the last two months fully aware of the covid situation and being patient we were again told that no appointment existed and that the soonest appointment available would be nearly 2 months from now on July 29th. So our options are to use affordable dentures and weight the two months hoping that that appointment lasts and isn't removed as well or disappear or to find a local business that will cost more and doesn't have the convenience of affordable dentures according to other users. I cannot believe this is how they intend to do business I would hope someone will read this and try to rectify the situation or this will ward off people who expect more from the medical facilities they do business with.
