I personally know 4 other people with special needs children who had similar experiences. It used to be a good place and was the only dental office I had ever taken my children, but all that changed once Dr. Tim took over. He does not have a good bedside manor towards people with disabilities. I was there this week for a checkup for one child and had my other child with me. They would not allow me to bring my five year old back in the room with us and asked if he could wait in the lobby. He's five! So if you are a single parent or just don't have much childcare, do not go here because they have a new policy that only a parent can go back, even for just a regular checkup,no sedation.

I can't recommend this dentist enough! I went there because of the good reviews I read about how…read morethey were with children. I have 3 small boys who scream when they get shots, so I didn't want to take them somewhere that didn't have patient people working with them. They lived up to every good review and then some! They explained everything to them and let them look in a mirror to see what they were talking about and everything. One son had a small cavity, and when I told him we were going back, he said "Yay! Dentist!" I stayed in the room with him while he got his filling and he was never in pain, and even giggled at the dentist's jokes. I actually just thought that laughing gas must've been something amazing, but when I had to get fillings next, I saw that nope, Dr. Hannah is just really good at making sure you feel no pain! Usually the shots hurt at other dentists, but he numbed my cheek really well before hand and I didn't feel any pain at all! I hate shots! It's the next day now, and my bite feels fine, no sensitivity or soreness. I'm so glad I found them and I will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Hannah has been my dentist for 7 years and I have had very good experiences with his office…read more I am always taken in within 10 minutes of my appointment, usually less, and have never had to wait more than about five minutes for someone while in the "chair". The receptionist is very efficient and competent, and the dental hygienist is also very friendly and competent, and asks about problems. Dr. Hannah asks if I have problems or questions and answers them to my satisfaction. In my experience his recommendations/advice have always been good. In three occasions where I had a minor "immediate" problem, two times they gave me a late afternoon appointment the same day, and the other time it was the next day, even though I didn't ask for emergency service. I was hoping for an appointment within the week! I cannot think of any suggestions for improving their office.
