Dr. Rosenberger and her staff do everything in their power to alleviate this stress and anxiety. Dr. Rosenberger puts me at ease with her demeanor and we have had frank discussions about my issues. She takes this into account when performing procedures and "talks me through it" without fail. Obviously, given a choice, I would avoid this process altogether, but that is not a wise choice. I am happy that if I have to deal with this, I have Dr. Rosenberger in my corner.

She said she's been there 3+ years? How? Zero time management. The plate of food was a nice touch, but I'd trade that for a more professionally ran spa. No tub liners were used, my tools were not opened in front of me - I'm not even sure they were sterilized. The salon wasn't dirty, but it did look cluttered, messy, and disorganized. TS was my fourth nail salon to try in Fairmont. The previous three were just as bad or worse. I was told TS was the best in Fairmont. I hope not, or I'll be trying salons in a whole different city.
