I have fine hair. I was in salon for 3 hours- They both asked to see photo 6 times. Now my hair is a mess. The owner who also owns salon across from the Caboose in Clarksburg is refusing to refund my money unless I come back for a redo. I think one incompetent hair cut is enough. I also told her the girl in the middle put on her glasses. They should have been on the entire time. Customer satisfaction is not what is wanted from this salon. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Now, I will need to find a competent cosmetologist to fix this mess. I will also be getting in touch with state board, better business bureau as well.
