I saw a few bad reviews before mine and to them I'd say that the barber appeared to be a nice Christian guy and seemed to be on the non confrontational side. I didn't get too picky with him and just let him do his thing. It worked out in my favor.

She puts that extra touch of giving you a good shoulder massage before you leave. I highly recommend her, especially when you remember to write your appointment down. L O L.

I spent weeks deciding on the right color and cut for myself. I showed my photo and she said, the…read morecut and the color right. I said yes, I'm so excited to go home and surprise my husband. I'm 54 and an educator. I recently lost 50 lbs. THE SURPRISE was on me. i went in with blonde hair and came out with dark brown hair- I can't quit crying..She showed me cut- it looked nothing like picture. She asked the other girl to help. I have fine hair. I was in salon for 3 hours- They both asked to see photo 6 times. Now my hair is a mess. The owner who also owns salon across from the Caboose in Clarksburg is refusing to refund my money unless I come back for a redo. I think one incompetent hair cut is enough. I also told her the girl in the middle put on her glasses. They should have been on the entire time. Customer satisfaction is not what is wanted from this salon. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Now, I will need to find a competent cosmetologist to fix this mess. I will also be getting in touch with state board, better business bureau as well. We work too hard for our money I will be covering my hair with scarves, hats, or whatever I can find. Do yourself a favor, skip this Salon it would be better to go to Clarksburg Beauty Academy . I left with a mix of whites and yellows all around my head, she without a doubt left the bleach on for to long and it shows. There are definitely better salons to go to around the Bridgeport/clarksburg areas. I do give 2 stars because the atmosphere and workers were nice.
