Walked in and booked cuts with a hair stylist who promptly left and the entire time she was gone the other stylists talked mad crap about her, cursing loudly and making it awkward for my boyfriend and I. so when it turned out she was MY stylist you might imagine that was a little scary. overall she did an average job, uneven from side to side. my boyfriend's hair is shaved too high in the back and around his ear is weird and uneven. just awkward and unprofessional. read more

I guess if you enjoy gambling then this is as close to rolling dice in the haircut world as it gets. You might work with an experienced employee or someone who acts like they've never cut hair before. I had one good experience and one bad so far. The bad experience left my facial hair an unfortunate cross between a goatee and a beard. And all I asked for was a shorter beard. read more

Took my son for a haircut - I will not be back. No professionalism or customer appreciation. One employee was sick as a dog and still cutting hair. She should not be working with public if she's that ill. My son Had to wait 15 minutes before getting a haircut, which normally id find acceptable. But, there were 2 employees working and only 1 customer in the place (already getting a haircut when we walked in). I had to wait for the employee #2 to finish whining to the busy employee about something going on with her family and how crappy her job was. When she finally finished her whining, she actually did an acceptable cut. Though she didn't say 2 words or apologize for deleting service. DO NOT GO HERE Went in to get an ombre dye job and she first did the bleach... Sent me home with an Olaplex treatment... All the while swearing that this isn't going to kill my hair... Went back the next day to get the color put in... My hair was falling out in clumps while she was washing it. She trims it and styles it and I can tell it's dead... 1st the color looked nothing like the picture. Now she swore up and down she was going to add more color the next week for free since it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Well I just let it go and tried to save my hair by paying way too much for all these treatments... Needless to say my hair is super curly and now it's so dead there is no curl... It's brittle and dry and falling out in clumps when I shower. I followed all her rules to a T and it's still terrible... So I figure I would message her and just ask her to cut it into a short bob since its so dead and she said yeah we can do that and I'll do some B treatment also. I said I dont have money for all that I was kind of hoping since she was the one who messed up a $150 job plus a tip that she would cut it for free... Well I guess I was wrong. I have been a loyal customer for years. I take my son there also and recommend it to friends... I just figured she would want to atleast do the cut for me to try and keep from losing a loyal customer... Guess not. Needless to say I will not be going back there and I will no longer recommend. I know there was another woman who had a terrible experience and her hair pretty much all fell out. They had to buy her a wig and everything. I guess I should have known better. Just so this is clear its the hair salon beside Goodwill on Main Street in Bridgeport. And I do not recommend!!! I gave this a one only because it made me choose a rating. Just spent 24$ for a haircut and all I got was my sides chopped my layers a mess and static clink for hair. Didn't even trim my bangs worst cut ever wish I would have went to mall now. Outraged charges as much as high end salon. Place was not clean and my hair is a mess.... Never again . I recently went to this Super Cuts as a walk in hoping to get a quick hair cut (which would have amounted to nothing more than a quick buzz as I'm becoming hair deficient). Anyway, as a walked up I was surprise and excited to see I had 15 min before they closed and there were two women sitting there with no customers. I went to open the door and it was locked. Thinking I had read the sign incorrectly I checked it again to reaffirm I had the right time, on the right day and then proceeded to consult my watch for the current time. Still 15 min to spare. About this time one of the two women sitting there came to the door and said we're closed. I apologized assuming I was still reading the sign wrong and asked what time they did happen to close on this particular week night. The women replied that they were still "technically" open for another 15 minutes but were no longer taking any customers. Needless to say I left without a hair cut. I guess they don't want business as much as I thought they did, considering this is an oilfield town with many guys not able to make it into town much earlier than I was able to. Very disappointed and my suggestion is find somewhere else that wants and appreciates your business. read more

Terrible service , they encourage you to call ahead to make appointments but that literally means nothing to them .. I called at 430 on my way from fairmont and said I'd be there in 20 min just to get my sides done .. she said ok ,. I get there and there's two people there who got there after I made my appointment who were both taken before me , the lady was talking about how she was supposed to get off at 5 and complaining..I'm not gonna have anyone that's in a rush touch my hair .. No professionalism at all .. And the haircuts I've got there before are mediocre at best since they change stylists every week or so read more

When I walked in on a Saturday there was three people cutting hair and each had a person in their chair with two in line to get their haircut as well. I didn't sit in line for five minutes when the two people in front of me had their name called and then my name was called. I am also in the oil and gas business and know how it can be having crazy hours. This place was very efficient in getting me in and out the door in a reasonable time with a great haircut! Plus the cute brunette cutting my hair was nice to talk too! read more

Horrible!!! Third time and the last. I don't even know why I took my boys back a third time but I did because I called and asked if I could make an appt. sure, she said. I said 5 pm? (This was at 4:25) took my sons names. Walked in at 4:45. Noticed 4 people in the waiting area and only the one girl working. She barely acknowledged us so I made her aware of their names. She said ok. She finished one person and started another. She finished that person and called for another person. I asked if she was the only one working and she said yes. I mentioned I had made appts for 5 pm and it was then 5:20. She said these people have been sitting here since 4. I proceeded to kindly remind her that I called at 4:20 and asked if she had a 5 pm appt and she said yes 5 was good. We sat there until she finished that person and she then called for the other person. I told her that she shouldn't make appts that she knows she can't keep and I was truly upset and she said I don't care if you're upset and these people have been waiting. Do they not teach people what appts mean? If she knew, she should have told me when I called that she wouldn't be able to get to us until 6! Disrespect for people. Rude. Horrific customer service and most of all, just flat out lied!!!! Never have I witnessed such attitude and horrible customer service. read more
