Both Michelle and Marissa are thorough, professional, and friendly. Considering how awkward the experience is, they both do a good job of making it as quick and painless (HAHAHA) as possible. It was supposed to last as long or longer than gel but the selling point was it was not as damaging to your nails not needing cured. When the person was done I checked my nails and almost everyone of them had large gaps on the sides of the nails where no polish had been applied at all. It looked worse than doing them yourself. I was not sure how to nicely say they were a hot mess so I just showed her the edges how they lacked any color at all and she understood. She attempted to correct the problem, but it really did not as she did not give those nails the full treatment which was two coats and a top coat or coats but instead applied only one layer. This was not what was done to the few nails that were fully coated. Needless to say within the week, the polish came off on all the edges she had tried to fill in for a brand new manicure!!! Very disappointing and not the usual for Tuscan. Money wasted and I really did not get a chance to compare the dazzle nails to gel due to this experience.

They were able to take me within the hour while every other hair salon was booked for the entire weekend. I showed two examples from Pinterest of a simple haircut I wanted- mainly uses the pictures as requested to the length desired. The girl doing my hair was very nice, however there was no other customer in the salon and she chatted her her coworker sitting in the salon chair next to me the entire time. I could tell you what they had for breakfast, their significant others, pets, what they planned on ordering for lunch etc. They chatted with each other the entire time while ignoring me. Even though I'm not much of a chatter I thought it was very unprofessional. I had to tell the hair stylist to fix my hair three times.... I had to tell her to texturize the ends vs having thick straight cut ends that stuck out.... Had to tell her twice to shorten it to the length of the referent picture....and had to tell her twice to angle the front to frame my face. I shouldn't have to continuously repeat myself when there was a picture! Maybe if she wasn't so busy chatting with her coworker this wouldn't have been an issue. The price was cheaper compared to other salons which was a plus.... But I shouldn't leave a hair salon feeling like I need to throw it in a bun and look for another salon to fix it. I definitely will not be back, at least with that specific hair stylist.

It wasn't super busy. I got a pedi and acrylics. I haven't had acrylic nails since I was in college. Both together was $125. The colors were pretty. When I got in my car, I did notice that my thumb on my right hand was a little messed up. However, I had to head home. I like my pedicure really well. I just felt like the acrylics on my nails were a little hastily done.

Idk what happened but from the moment I walked in, until I left I was so nice and I continued to receive horrible treatment. Once it was time to pay, she charged me 85 for my nails and 65 for my toes. AFTER she confirmed it was 45 and 55. I didn't want to argue so I paid and left and when I left a smaller tip (8$) she said "you can go and have a nice day now" and pointed me out the door. I'm not even angry. I was so heartbroken from this experience and I was really looking forward to this. Zero stars if I could give it.
