It was supposed to last as long or longer than gel but the selling point was it was not as damaging to your nails not needing cured. When the person was done I checked my nails and almost everyone of them had large gaps on the sides of the nails where no polish had been applied at all. It looked worse than doing them yourself. I was not sure how to nicely say they were a hot mess so I just showed her the edges how they lacked any color at all and she understood. She attempted to correct the problem, but it really did not as she did not give those nails the full treatment which was two coats and a top coat or coats but instead applied only one layer. This was not what was done to the few nails that were fully coated. Needless to say within the week, the polish came off on all the edges she had tried to fill in for a brand new manicure!!! Very disappointing and not the usual for Tuscan. Money wasted and I really did not get a chance to compare the dazzle nails to gel due to this experience.

It was a truly different and relaxing experience. Afterward we both agreed 1 hour would have been sufficient. We both got bored in the last 30 minutes. It would have been great if we could have fallen asleep but neither of us did. I chose total darkness for myself but with music. The Epsom salts in the water make it impossible to sink. If you are claustrophobic I would recommend you skip it as you are enclosed in a pod. You shower first then enter the pod then shower again after. It was a wonderful experience but for me in future I think I would choose an hour massage over it. Though they say you will feel the benefits of magnesium absorption over the week to come. SINGLE. TIME. I was holding back tears the whole service and I even tried to kill with kindness. Idk what happened but from the moment I walked in, until I left I was so nice and I continued to receive horrible treatment. Once it was time to pay, she charged me 85 for my nails and 65 for my toes. AFTER she confirmed it was 45 and 55. I didn't want to argue so I paid and left and when I left a smaller tip (8$) she said "you can go and have a nice day now" and pointed me out the door. I'm not even angry. Our son did extremely well with her and we've been repeat customers, asking for her directly. Fast forward 4+ years and both Dad and son have been having Randi cut our hair. She's very professional and excellent at what she does. Randi pays attention to detail and doesn't try to rush you out the door like most others do. There were a couple different times where Randi wasn't available so I had my hair cut by someone else. Boy, could I tell the difference and won't make that mistake again. Yesterday Randi cut and colored our 13-year-old daughter's hair for a very unique request. Not only are we impressed and absolutely love it but Brandi admitted to having impressed herself.
