I did not want acrylic nails, as I have well kept natural nails. Nina did a great job on my nails and she was really sweet. Edit: these nails lasted 8 days before they started to chip. I'm wearing gel polish on my nails also. This is really disappointing, especially since I paid $65 and never get my nails done.

i got my haircut a while ago here by Hanna Belle and the entire time the women cutting my hair was…read moretaking phone calls and texting. she was more concerned about how her friend could get a new ID so they could go get margs than any part of my appointment. washing my hair she blasted my ear with the water hose i'm assuming she was also on her phone here. she rescheduled appointments and talked to a "family member" who was supposedly supposed to fix her car, literally as she was actively cutting my hair. i'm 21 years old and i never planned on writing a review but i've thought a lot how disrespectful it was. i told my friends & family and everyone was so shocked at the behavior and treatment. the haircut was okay at best but wasn't even what i had asked for or showed pictures of. also did seem slightly crooked when i got home and got a picture of the back and the style was basically two curlers on my head and then basically a blow dry. for the cut, wash, style, and tip (yes i still tipped 20% for some reason) it was almost $100. the second she finished my hair she went to sit at the front desk on her phone while i was still sitting in the chair with my payment already on the screen. i don't want to condemn the entire establishment since that women seemed to be the only one there at the time and i would hope everyone isn't like that but it was probably the worst haircut experience ive had and i left not even loving my hair.

The salon was gorgeous and had a stylish and welcoming interior. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly and were extremely attentive to both the bride and the bridal party. The bride had a private room where makeup was applied and hair was done without any distractions. Everyone was professional, organized, and confident. My personal stylist was Haley and she was AMAZZZING! I have fine hair which is challenging to work with. She not only gave my hair body, but also worked with my hair extensions to give me the perfect look. My hair stayed gorgeous all night and I received so many compliments. The bride worked with Sarah and was also very pleased with her hair and felt absolutely stunning during her special day. In all honesty, I have had my hair done at some of the best salons around the country and I have to say that Morgantown Beauty Bar is nothing short of a fantastic salon. My daughter absolutely fell in love with Amina and especially Amina's daughter who helped do my baby girls hair. Amina made sure to keep checking in with my daughter to make sure she was okay and that she wasn't hurting her when brushing and styling her hair.
