Got a fill yesterday and was extremely happy with the results. Until I looked at my nails today and saw the top coat and chrome chipping off. It's been less than 24 hrs since I went and I didn't do any hard labor that would cause chipping. Decided I'd go back to hopefully have them fix it. When I showed up at 3pm on a Saturday, the doors were locked and nobody was there when the door and online says their business hours on Saturdays are 10-6. I then called the number on their Facebook and nobody answered. Very disappointed, I will be going back to request a fix or refund on Monday when they are hopefully open. read more

I went here for the first time today, as recommended by a friend. The nail tech who did my nails was unprofessional in that he smelled like cigarettes, he even kept a pack in his chest pocket, and his nails/hands were dirty and dry. That said, I've never had more care taken to my nails then he gave me. He spent more time perfecting them then I've had and they look great. Be ready though! They will not offer non-gel options so you might have to pay more than expected! read more

I just moved right down the street from Friendly Nails and I needed a quick pre-vacation pedicure. I read some reviews before going and some of them were not so good so I was weary, however I couldn't pass up a nail salon that was so conveniently located so I decided to give it a try. I was the only one in the salon at the time so I was greeted and helped immediately. The woman who did my toes was quiet but kind and very thorough... She made sure my toes were taken care of and the polish was perfect! The salon was clean and my pedicure station was sanitized right in front of me as my toes were drying. The prices are comparable to most other nail salons. I will definitely be back when I need nail salon services! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went to get an old acrylic set taken off and a new set put on. When I asked for this he made it clear that it was going to be painful. Instead of safely soaking off or drilling down my old acrylics (which is what I thought when he said painful), he shoved the nail that gets glued on underneath the acrylic and ripped up super hard ripping off all of my real nails. He then insisted on doing my nails even tho I said it hurt and I wanted to just give them a break, as I sat there with tears in my eyes. He still made me pay. I got a full get set yesterday, and they didn't even fill in the nails to the cuticle, so now they already have this gap and will need to be filled in soon... probably done on purpose. The guy who did my nails was the one who sits all the way to the right and he was very rude. He didn't greet me, didn't say goodbye, actually didn't say anything really during the whole process. Kind of ironic that it's called friendly nails, because this man was the opposite. He kept batting my fingers down and made weird grunting noises the whole time. At the end he moved my coat, lanyard, and phone to another chair while I washed my hands. I don't like when workers touch my things like that and overall I was left with a very negative impression. The staff was very nice and pretty quick. I had my acrylics removed (which was painful- but it always is). I got gel full set with sparkle and detail for $55. Worth it. No wait when I went on a Wednesday around 1:30pm. Will definitely be going back! read more

Went here for a full set acrylic for the first time. I walked in and immediately was helped right away. Min did my nails regular polish with coffin shape, and did an EXCELLENT job. My nails have never looked so good. He was very professional and gentle and did an amazing job. On top of the amazing job he did, it was only $35 for a full set, whereas usually at salons in the area are $45 and above. Will definitely be coming back here!!! Amazing place. read more

Went in for a spa pedicure and fill on a 3week old full set they had previously filled. There are still remnants of the set I had from when I went to the first time by that was a busier I was beyond satisfied with my pedicure but failed to get the lady's name. She was patient, attentive and really took her time. I'd give her 4 stars alone. I picked a clear sparkle and when I looked up I had another color being applied thanks to Helen that I did not ask for. I was willing to accept that screw up until I was told my $40 pedicure was now $60 because of the gel polish. Helen then rushed my fill, glued my thumb nail that had lifted instead of replacing it and just added more acrylic on top. I asked for a modified design(which Helen cannot do any) and still somehow left with uneven acrylic & polish, inconsistencies with acrylic around my cuticles, and felt like I was rushed out of there. The gaps around the cuticle and sides will certainly require a brand new set and doubt I can make this last 2-3 weeks. Would not recommend! read more

Went to friendly nails for a quick pedicure. The nail technician was very rough and made my toes bleed when doing my cuticles. When using the stones she dropped them On the floor and picked them off the floor and continued to use them. When rubbing my feet she dug her long fingernails into my legs. This was not worth the money. Although the service was poor the atmosphere seemed very clean and professional. read more

I called and made an appointment for a manicure for my friend and a pedicure for me. My pedicure took 15 minutes from start to finish with 10 of those minutes being her painting my toenails. They were not busy but the service felt rushed and was very rough. When I asked why they were rushed they stated that they were so busy yet there was about 3 employees sitting on their phone. I recieved the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. I sat in plain water for 30 minutes with no one working on me, only because the person who was going to work on me was on their phone. They commented on my feet and my toes the entire time, while scrapping at my feet and making me bleed only to say that the blood was there before. Then the paint job was terrible. I had nail polish all over my skin and they missed half of my actual nail, only to joke about how they were charging me extra for bleeding and having "gross" feet. My friend and I came here to get our nails done since it is convient for us. Upon arriving I waited around 10 minutes after sitting down at the chair for my nail technician to get off the phone to start my nails. The technician then cut my cuticles so hard that he made me bleed on four different fingers. Even better, he cleaned the bloody clippers with a paper towel and put it back in the drawer to be used on someone else's nails. My friend asked for her acrylics to be cut down shorter and her technician failed to do so. Overall this place sucks and is unhygienic. read more
