The front desk staff was always very friendly whether on the phone or in person the day of my tattoo. Eric had done a drawing from a photo of a tattoo that I had sent him. Each artist has a private room for the actual tattooing too, which was nice. Kelechi was great! He really takes the time to work with you, and makes it a priority to make time for touch ups if needed. I had him draw up my first tattoo, and I love it! The tattoo took a pretty long time to finish, but the time flew talking to him, and he made sure that I was as comfortable as possible the whole time.
