DO NOT GO HERE - DANGEROUS I'm devastated right now because I just found out my favorite salon in Morgantown uses MMA for their acrylics, which is ILLEGAL and DANGEROUS!! I'm struggling to get my acrylics off because it is gummy and sticky, which EMA (safe) acrylics NEVER do. If you value your health, go somewhere else! The photos show how gummy and stringy my acetone removal Is, which is telltale of MMA USAGE. read more

i absolutely LOVED the service that Lovely Nails provided. they took their time, i was a tiny bit annoyed since i was on a time crunch (that's my fault). i have always been so used to the fast paced nails and half done pedicure. my full set looks GORGEOUS and i would recommend this place to everyone i came into contact with. they were SO polite and made me feel comfortable. i got a classic pedicure with gel and it's very well done. i will definitely be returning and hope to become a regular!!! read more

To say that Lee did an amazing job on my nails would be an understatement! I visited Lovely Nails for the first time today to get a full acrylic set and talked to the woman doing my nails about some bad nail experiences I've had at other salons. The amount of care put into these nails is immeasurable to what you would experience at any other salon in Morgantown, each nail is absolutely perfect and Lee took her time to make sure her little pieces of art reflected exactly what I wanted. The entire service was only $45 with gel polish, also including the nice conversations I had with two of the workers. I highly recommend you check this salon out! I was hesitant to get work done here because of some of these reviews, but the shop is now under new management, and provided me a service better than any I've had in a salon before. I can't recommend Lee enough! She seems pretty popular and highly sought- after with clients, so I will be scheduling an appointment with her for my next fill and for now on! read more

Friendly staff but my pedicure felt rushed. Forgot to do one side of foot massage. Massage chair not working . I left with decent look to nails but feeling a little deprived for what is paid. read more

Wow this place is horrible my nails look like a 10 year old done them! Big and bulky with dips and waves in the dip! I ask for the best pedicure they offer and I didn't even get a 4 second massage! The tech pulled the wrong polish and didn't want to fix my toes after he has started.. read more

They were recommended to me by a couple of co-workers. Tina did my nails for me, and they were absolutely perfect when she was done. The entire staff was friendly, the place was very clean. I will definitely be returning. read more

I've had issues with the quality at suncrest nails and was looking for a really good nail place- and I found it!! The people were really friendly and the quality of work was exceptional! The prices are very reasonable and Tony made sure to tell me if I had any problems or issues with my nails, To come back and he would fix them ! Def will be going back! read more

Very very disappointed with my nails. I asked for coffin and I got square. They are crooked and not all the same shape. The woman that did my nails said something in her native languge, and another woman came over and looked at my nails and laughed. I absolutley wont be going there ever again, and I dont think you should either read more

My first experience of this Salon is great service. The shop is very clean and all the technicians are friendly and funny. Their service is very good i would recommend all of you to this place. They are the best in town! read more

Will not be back, the guy that did my nails was so rude, just because I did want change my polish to gel polish, even went as far as saying if he ever opens his own salon it would be gel polish only, then the whole time he was doing my nails he would keep saying stuff under his breath, the guy who did my toes was great, also heard after getting my nails done there how unsanitary they are and I believe it because they didn't use bags in the water for the pedicures then scrubbed it out with a regular soap and sponge. read more

I went here to get my mani/pedi for Easter never again!!! I give 3 stars as the staff was friendly my pedicure and toes were way better than my manicure and nails which lasted only one day, I've never had gel nails start to peel and chip after only one day!!! read more

I have been coming here for several years every few months. The last two times I have come for a pedi, I have been cut by the person doing my nails. I am done. read more

I got a French manicure, I asked Tina to please put a clearpink color on the base part under the white tip and she said no it wouldn't look natural. But I told her that's how I like it. She again said it doesn't need that and won't look natural and wouldn't do it. I am a paying customer and didn't ask for them to look natural I asked for a pink base. My sister wanted the same thing so now we both will have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. Won't be returning. read more

This place is amazing! The people are super friendly and make you feel comfortable. The work they do here is great and affordable.

I had a much better experience than the other reviewer. My massage chair worked, and the technician got rid of all my callouses safely and painlessly with a razor and pumice stone/brush thing. Also, they didn't charge extra for using the razor on my callouses, and any other salon I've been to charged at least $5 extra. It seemed very clean, obviously using new instruments for each person, and got a nice little leg and foot massage as well. Can't beat all of that for a $25 pedicure. I'd definitely go back. read more

Wow! What a wonderful nail salon!!! Yesterday was my third time at Lovely Nails. I had a mani, pedi, and eyebrow shaping. This salon is EXTREMELY clean and the technicians are just top notch. They care about their clients and do amazing work! Their prices are the best and they provide the very best nail service in all of Morgantown, WV. I highly recommend Lovely Nails! read more

These guys are so bad - do not use this salon. I know it's slim pickings in Morgantown but this salon is expensive, rude, bad nail techs and they fight with their customers. It's crazy. Just saying if you want a nice experience and you want to get what you want done at a decent price - look elsewhere! read more

i came here one week ago to get a full set and they did a terrible job. the paint was chunky and uneven and the shape of each nail was slightly different. after four days one of the nails fell off, then a week after another two nails fell off. i don't recommend coming here at all. read more

I went there five times total. The first two times with Tina were very nice and I loved my nails! However, the last three times I had the young gentleman that worked there (not sure what his name is). The first time I had him was for a fill and he completely ignored what I asked him to do...the color was nice the shape was nothing what I asked for. The second time I hated my nails...he rushed to get them done and they looked awful. Therefore, I was willing to give them another try because I liked when Tina did them so I called and made an appointment with her. When I arrived I still waited at least half an hour and then they sat me in a chair AND THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN came and asked for my hands! I stated I had an appointment with Tina and they said she was busy for awhile. I decided to just go ahead and have him do it because I needed to be somewhere afterwards. This time was the LAST time I will ever go there! He did such a horrible job. I showed him a picture from Pinterest, not only did he NOT give me anything close to the length and shape that I requested but the color looked absolutely NOTHING at all like the picture!!! Also, all three times my filed acrylics were very noticeably crooked! The other employees are nice and friendly and do a great job and talk with you but this guy is a complete DEAL BREAKER. He doesn't listen to what you ask, he doesn't talk to you at all or ask any questions about what you want he just does his own thing and it is awful. Won't be going back here again. read more
