Due to the fact that he didn't clean my nails up before the cured this man takes a FILE to my freshly cured gel nails. As soon as he did this I wanted to ask him to redo it but he had already taken my previous gel off and redone it so... Due to this I just knew that my nails were not going to last because they are just gel on nail and due to him filing my nails AFTER the cure. I was right! I quite literally walked out of there after paying 30 for crappy service from the man who very obviously didn't have his nail certificate. I don't have my nail certificate but I have been getting my nails done for 5+ years and never had someone filed my nails after curing the gel due to their messy paint job. My nail started cracking and peeling THAT NIGHT! Some people will say "i'm sure they will fix it", and my response would be to look at the reviews... i'm not paying another 10$ for him to f*** it up again! if you go in there ask for the older woman she does a fantastic job but don't bother with the older skinny guy...

I'm struggling to get my acrylics off because it is gummy and sticky, which EMA (safe) acrylics NEVER do. If you value your health, go somewhere else! Got a fill yesterday and was extremely happy with the results. Until I looked at my nails today and…read moresaw the top coat and chrome chipping off. It's been less than 24 hrs since I went and I didn't do any hard labor that would cause chipping. Decided I'd go back to hopefully have them fix it. When I showed up at 3pm on a Saturday, the doors were locked and nobody was there when the door and online says their business hours on Saturdays are 10-6. I then called the number on their Facebook and nobody answered. Very disappointed, I will be going back to request a fix or refund on Monday when they are hopefully open.
