I'm not even sure if she used a 1.5 because my skin wasn't even red when I went home to check. I've had noticed I HAD dark circles under my eyes, which she really worked on this time, they unfortunately looks worse than the past 2 sessions. Basically she intentionally created new lines to my eyes. I've always been respectful towards her. I'm very unsure why she had to do that, it is what it is. Be cautious about getting into personal conversations. I feel gratitude fees nor tips aren't advised for micro needling. For haircuts and other services that's on the individual. BTW: Since I ordered 3 micro needling services for $950 I didn't expect to be charged for a face serum. I was charged 15$ so I smiled and paid for it. Elsandra gave me back my numbing cream and I said thanks she turned her back and walked away briskly. I thought how ODD that reflects in her personality in her when her intentions were to ruin my appearance under my eyes. Good for her. That's why I do not TIP. She even tried to sell me EXTRA stuff and I mentioned to her I'm short on money and she just frowned. I wouldn't ever hire Elsandra for micro-needling services in the future. When I went to report this Michele called mw to scream at me on the phone. Rely is this how you treat your customers? She believed Elsandra saying I used skin care products i ordered online recently to save money. Wrong. She was using that as an excuse to save herself from getting into trouble. No privacy at patient check-in's as you could hear everything while sitting in waiting room. Appointments were rushed by Maouad, questions were brushed off, and follow-up care was practically nonexistent. For a place that markets itself as patient-focused, the reality was the exact opposite. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to resolving the issue I came in for. Finally left this place and found probably one of best dermatologist in Morgantow. Was sold (twice) their private label skin care products instead of being provided with the prescription medications needed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking competent or attentive dermatological care.

It was wonderful and I did feel a huge relief, I didn't really enjoy the scrub applied to my back, but that wasn't a huge deal. Erin did excellent work and gave me some tips to assist my poor back. The front desk was very professional and I rescheduled another massage. I love the ambiance of Tuscan, as you walk to the massage rooms in gets a little darker so you aclimate to relaxation. A couple days later I scheduled an eyebrow and bikini wax online, accidentally for the wrong day. I called the next day to reschedule both from the 29th to the 30th, but either I wasn't very clear or the woman was experiencing a case of the Mondays because she only moved one of the appointments and I had to call again to move the other. Unfortunately, my first experience at Tuscan Sun was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I arrived early so I could review the brochure and choose the right facial. I expected an aesthetician who could guide me, ask questions about my skin, and make recommendations. Instead, the aesthetician seemed unsure about the services and unable to explain anything in detail. I ended up suggesting options -- either the caviar facial or the brightening facial -- and she simply chose between them without providing any real consultation. I also mentioned wanting her advice on Botox for my forehead lines. Her immediate response was dismissive: "No, you don't need that -- I have more lines than you." That was not professional, nor was it an actual consultation. During the service itself, she never asked about my skincare routine, what products I use, or what concerns I have. She didn't recommend anything for maintenance or future care. And to make matters worse, she barely touched my face. It genuinely didn't feel like I had a facial at all. When the service ended, I had a thick layer of exfoliant still on my skin and globs of product left on my lips. I had to go to the restroom afterward to clean my own face. For $175, I received absolutely nothing of value. When I walked out of the room and asked about next steps, she simply said, "You can go down and check out." No aftercare. No guidance. No interest. At checkout, I asked the front desk staff whether I should wash my face because of all the product left on me. They looked at me like I was asking something strange. The entire experience made me feel unwelcome and honestly embarrassed -- like they didn't want me there at all. I walked in thinking I might sign up for a monthly membership. I walked out knowing I will never go back. This was hands-down the worst spa experience I have ever had -- and I moved here from New Jersey, where I've had many facials over the years.
