It seems that they can only take one or two guests at a time. There is a changing room with robes and slippers and you also get wine while you get ready. There is a sauna there too. The first part was the scalp analysis which was really cool and gross to see up close lol. Then you move over to the head spa where the treatment begins the tables that you lay on massages and are heated. You also get a cold, weighted eye mask to wear. The treatment consisted of a lot of rubbing my scalp and combing my hair. It honestly felt amazing but a little too hard as my scalp was sore that evening. The experience ended with a blowout, which honestly was amazing and my hair looked incredible. I really enjoyed the head spa treatment and I definitely want to try that again. The interesting part of this experience was the staff honestly, they were friendly and definitely tried to make us feel comfortable however, they were very unprofessional, specifically the stylist that my friend had. The conversations that were had and topics that were brought up between the two stylists and brought up to me and my friend (customers) were inappropriate. Additionally, the head spa treatment for two people is listed on their website as an 80 minute session. My friend and I were there for THREE hours. How??? It probably had to do with the fact that our two stylists never stopped talking to each other during the entire appointment. This definitely took away from the relaxing experience I was hoping for. So overall, the treatment was good and I liked it. The ambiance and experience, not the best. Would I return? I would probably try another place first but this place isn't off my list. Maybe different stylists would help.

I'm not even sure if she used a 1.5 because my skin wasn't even red when I went home to check. I've had noticed I HAD dark circles under my eyes, which she really worked on this time, they unfortunately looks worse than the past 2 sessions. Basically she intentionally created new lines to my eyes. I've always been respectful towards her. I'm very unsure why she had to do that, it is what it is. Be cautious about getting into personal conversations. I feel gratitude fees nor tips aren't advised for micro needling. For haircuts and other services that's on the individual. BTW: Since I ordered 3 micro needling services for $950 I didn't expect to be charged for a face serum. I was charged 15$ so I smiled and paid for it. Elsandra gave me back my numbing cream and I said thanks she turned her back and walked away briskly. I thought how ODD that reflects in her personality in her when her intentions were to ruin my appearance under my eyes. Good for her. That's why I do not TIP. She even tried to sell me EXTRA stuff and I mentioned to her I'm short on money and she just frowned. I wouldn't ever hire Elsandra for micro-needling services in the future. When I went to report this Michele called mw to scream at me on the phone. Rely is this how you treat your customers? She believed Elsandra saying I used skin care products i ordered online recently to save money. Wrong. She was using that as an excuse to save herself from getting into trouble.
