Extra cardboards wrapped in bubble wrap were placed on the inside and between the two cabinets.

We have two rosewood cabinets that have been in my family for decades and needed to be shipped from Seattle to California. Daniel at the Mailbox Seattle meticulously planned out how best to package and ship them. The items arrived within 2 days and in great condition.

Best private mailbox center I've ever belonged to!!!

Owner of the store is amazing. She helped me a lot when Fedex misplaced my shipment.

As a current customer and former employee, I can attest to Sip and Ship's integrity and efficiency…read moreas a business. Amazing management and ownership, constant dedication to their employees, and a drive to enhance customer experience were just a few things I noticed during my time there. As an employee, Sip and Ship truly engages with you as a member of a wider family and strives to build your character. I still go into the shop and am greeted with the same generosity as before. I would recommend Sip and Ship to anyone looking for employment. As a customer, Sip and Ship offers services I can't find anywhere else. It truly is a one-stop-shop, which can be hard to find (not to mention the additional customer service!). I see people connecting over coffee, hurrying to print out flyers for their band, and businesspeople shipping items internationally simultaneously. Pretty cool mix! To anyone considering Sip and Ship, remember that they're extremely adaptable. They can easily find a solution that fits whatever package or issue you may have, no matter the complexity. That is what I believe separates them from a conventional store.

The cafe has a decent number of options for pre-packaged snacks and your typical beverages. The staff were all very friendly and offered my dog a treat too.

The best mailbox service in Seattle: Reliable, responsive, and professional. Also, very close to…read morethe Piroshky place so you can pick up your mail and get a great snack. I love having the excuse to regularly go to the Market and visit Wanderer's. It looks and smells comfortingly old timey in there and I love the sound that the creaky old hardwood floor makes. However, they still take care of all modern postal needs at the same they offer old fashioned service where the helpful operators know their customers by sight. By using Wanderer's, I have peace of mind knowing that my deliveries aren't sitting in the lobby of my building waiting for thieves to bust the door open (again) or that my lousy USPS carrier can't pretend they tried to deliver a packages but I wasn't there to sign for it. It is also very helpful when traveling to be able to call or email to check on the status of things or have certain items forwarded. Wanderer's is so worth the small monthly fee to be able to have reliable mail service and be able to call or email to ask what I have there waiting to be picked up.

The staff is super friendly - and the shipping services are pretty good so if you are looking to…read moreship then they are your people. I needed some printing done and wanted to support a local business - but they definitely messed up my order. I had samples of what I was looking for, sent the PDF and was told at least 1 set of cards may be ready in the morning - I was trying to be flexible since it was a pretty last minute order. There seemed to be no communication between the evening and the morning shift - they weren't aware of the urgency of my order or what I was looking for. The prints were printed in a smaller size than what was on the file and was not printed double sided at all. I think that was more the fault of the evening crew and lack of communication. I will say when I was trying to get them in the morning - Alexa I believe her name was - was very apologetic and noted it should have been done earlier so I appreciated that and she did give me some paperclips so I could clip the card's 2 sides together - so I appreciated they did what they could for the staff they had and knowledge at least in the morning with the printing already wrong. But I feel like I have to take off stars for not printing something doubled sided I had asked for, had a sample of to show and I think it was obvious in the file: But ya - I should just do shipping here personally.

Sip and Ship - 16oz mocha & triple ginger molasses cookie (7/1/26)

Phinney Ridge, Greenwood

Note: this is not reviewing their shipping services…read more I had driven past Sip and Ship sites for years, Ballard now shuttered, and Greenwood remained open. However, their 2/25/26 IG post caught my attention with regards of their version of Cafe Besalu's ginger biscuit. Direct quote: "reimagined by our talented baker Emma in our little bakery corner. She's perfected the texture, warmth, and that signature ginger sparkle." Some background info: Cafe Besalu was a beloved pastry shop in Ballard from 2000 - 2017. When the original owner and his family moved to Spain, the shop was sold to Herkimer Coffee, which then later closed the site permanently in 2023. Their 3/2/26 IG post literally got me in my car..."Flaky. Buttery. Perfectly spiced with that subtle ginger warmth that makes you pause mid-bite. This isn't just a cookie. It's a little Ballard classic - now freshly baked, ready, and waiting for you." I was able to get a parking spot close to the shop, never been until that morning. I was literally floored that this indeed had shipping and retail areas, but also an actual cafe with onsite seating - cafe tables and a window facing counter. But oh my what stopped me in my tracks was seeing the pastry case. I haven't seen such a lovely display in awhile. It seems most places, product are stacked, messy display case trays full of crumbs and pastries askew. Clearly head baker, Emma, takes full pride with the variety of baked goods nicely curated. I was told that the ginger biscuits were just pulled from the oven an hour ago. I purchased two of them and also one each of the peanut butter cookie and ginger molasses cookie. Heavenly scents permeated my car as I drove back north. The ginger biscuit had a nice tender, moist crumb. The Homie savored this the same day and brought him back to his childhood. I ate mine the next day and it was superb. Perfect distribution of the candied ginger warmth and that notable bejeweled top texture. Delicious! The ginger molasses cookie had that perfect balance of crisp edges and moist chew. The sugar exterior literally sparkled when I photographed it while on a road trip stop. The peanut butter cookie was ginormous and was very delicate. It had broken into five pieces. It was relatively thin, had a sandy texture, and subtle peanut butter flavor. The Phinney Ridge - Greenwood - Ballard neighborhoods has quite a collection of indie cafes and bakeshops. I'll have to say that Sip & Ship in Greenwood provided that gotcha moment with their high quality, fresh baked goods. Note to self - they have shipping and notary services too. But those baked goods....definitely, I'll be back!
