My results are EXACTLY what I envisioned; my confidence has never been higher! If you are looking for a surgeon who combines technical expertise with a wonderful bedside manner, look no further. I rated two stars because the Nurse Practitioner that did my laser hair removal was super nice and made me feel comfortable.

I will be canceling my membership and I don't recommend anyone going to this place because you don't know what you will end up getting or not getting very disappointing. I gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero stars, but it is zero stars for me. And to add to this, I've only been a member for a couple of months. That's how poor the service is if you want to call it service at all. I still want to again commend Pasha. She is a great masseuse. She is very kind and she was there ready to provide me with the service and could not get in m. For shame for shame.

I usually go to Massage…read moreEnvy but I have had such horrible customer service there, I thought I'd begin searching for another spot to get my massages. That's what has brought me here. I say they had an introductory massage rate, so I thought I'd give them a try. To be honest, I hate this process. It took me forever to find someone who knows what they are doing. Finding a good massage therapist is hard. When arrived everyone was very friendly and the place was clean and tidy. After going over what I was needing attention to, I jumped on the table and we got started. The massage therapist was friendly and kind, but I can't say it was a great massage. I left still feeling very tight in my calves and legs. There where she paid a lot of attention to that really didn't need any attention at all in my opinion. She just kept repeatedly rubbed the back of my ankle, while more time could have been spent on my calves that were tight. I hate to complain because she was super nice, it just felt like she wasn't very experienced. Having said all of that, I'm not sure I'd use her again. As for the place, I left undecided on if I'd come back. My search continues.

I arrived at the location at 5:10 pm. Receptionist said " we do not accept patients for IV after 5:15." I said it is 5:10. Her reply. " we don't do them after 5:10." Either she made this up or this is Company policy of which is not on the website. This is important as I could have gone to another IV location before 6 o'clock but because she/they wasted my time that was not possible.

The floor plan is open, there was zero privacy and I was sat right by the front door. People checking in could see me, I could hear everyone's conversation and barely the music. It was overall awkward and not very relaxing from my previous experiences. I don't believe I will be going back- the price was very high for a nail salon feel. The facial itself, was enjoyable.

A lot of people I know go there for skin care services and that's exactly what I was looking for. After browsing their reviews on Yelp and the services on their website, I made an appointment for a few days later - it was super easy. I arrived to find a very spa-like, cozy and calming space. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it wasn't very long before a staff member introduced themselves to me and led me back to a room to discuss my needs. I had Brittany and she was lovely. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, gave me options to choose from, and even priced me out before getting things started. That was really appreciated by the way. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future. I'll end with a few things I always look for in a business.. This spot is locally owned, it's affordable, the service was great, and the place is really clean.

Reception was super friendly and even fit my first visit in on a same-day appointment. Both visits were performed by Montana. I was given plenty of time to get changed and comfortable without feeling rushed or taking too much time. A ground-level heater made the massage table comfortable. It was also nice to finally find an LMT that used a reserved amount of oils/lotions so you didn't feel like you were walking out of the spa covered in Crisco. Montana asked me about problem areas and focused efforts on those muscle groups, applying just the right amount of pressure, checking in throughout to make sure everything was just right. I've tweaked some things in my back at the gym and these last few sessions have really helped. This is my new go-to spa for massages. It's ease to book the same week which works really well with my schedule. Montana and the staff are awesome!
