After reading all goods review on the yelp I decided to visit this place. I asked to make shape and colored my brows.... Indian woman did ok shape Of my eyebrow, I fix lil bit after her job... They was not similar at all... She said that I have different shape, ok but it is your job to fix it and make it lil bit similar.... Not to make them much more different from each other. Color was horrible...... It was look so bad, I just was scared that it will colored the same how she applied (I attached the pic u can check). I told her that I don't like it, she decided to remove it in a 2 min after, thanks God I didn't leave it for more time.... So I end up with no color and still paying for that... Well ok, I just never going to back to here!!!!! All together I paid 15$ plus tips.... Also she even didn't wash her hands before threading me.... And treat poorly my face, she touch it like washing her dishes in the kitchen!!! It's a skin and skin on the face!!!!! It have to be touched as a sensitive flower!!!!! I randomly (and bravely) decided to try this place a little over a year ago and never looked back. I've had some bad experiences with threaders in the past but this place has great service and I never have to worry about them messing with the natural shape of my brow. And they are so cheap! Just $6 for eyebrows and $5 for upper lips. The best part is that I rarely have to go in to do spot clean-up with tweezers afterwards - these ladies leave no hair behind! (lolz) There is usually a small wait on the weekends (15-20 minutes) and they are not super strict about the hours on the door (ie: sometimes they open later or close earlier) so I would call ahead if you don't live nearby. read more

New to the area and had to find a Brazillian wax place that could work with my coarse hair. I came here on my way back from work before having to leave for a flight, so you could say I was in a little bit of a rush. I did not make an appointment because it was so last minute, but they were very happy to take me in. Two kind ladies greeted me and inquired about what I wanted to have done. The young girl told me about the different waxes they offered and I was very hesitant. My previous waxer used hard wax that required no muslin cloth; this location does not use hard wax. She recommended the "Cream Wax" which was more expensive at $40. I've got to admit that I was very surprised! The young lady did a fabulous job and I can't believe how painless it was. She was very kind and was sure to keep everything clean. I wish I had gotten her name before leaving because I definitely want to revisit her for my next wax. read more

Mediocre threading. Went to blooming threading place across the street and a girl there was pissed that they left a hole so I walked out and came here. I was left underwhelmed. They left me with a limp arch. I'm half Arabic and I have the definition and a lot of eyebrow hair to achieve a high arch, but they failed. One eyebrow was left cleaned while the other still had stray hair. I have an event tomorrow so I needed it done. I won't ever waste my time here or the blooming place. read more

So I live around the area and I came here to thread my eyebrows for the first time with my mom - the first time was very nice, my eyebrows were shaped nicely and the ladies were kind. When I co to her going on my own the lady was rude and cold towards me, very rough on my skin and eyebrows and always had a stern face as if me being there was bothersome. I put up with this behavior because she shaped my eyebrows very nicely. One time there was a lady getting a wax and when she was done waxing her she came to me and was very kind but it was only because someone else was there, when it's just me she can be very nasty and rude. Also when I paid for my brows I would give her tips and one time she gave me $10 as change and I told her to keep 5 as tip - this woman literally acted like I was speaking some other language, I had to explain for 10 mins to keep 5 and give me back 5. I got so frustrated that I just let her keep the 10 and never returned. read more

I come here only for Brazilian waxes. Indian lady is the best. She's extremely thorough (bends your legs any way necessary to get the job done) and I never have any ingrown hairs or skin irritation afterwards. Best part? 25$. I don't go anywhere else. read more

If you go for eyebrow waxing, be hesitant. The Indian employee does NOT listen when you say no threading. I hate threading, and I specifically requested wax. With my eyes closed, she slabbed on wax, ripped it off and then I opened my eyes to see her coming at me with threads! I told her no, and she still came at me, even though I was physically moving away from her. This kept going until I was out of the chair, clearly upset. She kept telling me "threading is better" which I disagree with completely, and its besides the point. If I see her there, I will never go back inside. The Asian employee I've seen prior was amazing, very professional and polite, did not question or try to force services on me while I'm vulnerable. Horribly disgusted with that one employee! Only giving stars for the other employee who was great. read more
