I signed up for several services.  I had scheduled a Contouring facial, which I enjoyed very much.  Stephanie has a very good firm yet gentle touch and checked in with me periodically to see if I was good with the pressure/touch she was applying. I also scheduled lash extensions.  Hailey did a lovely job, doing a soft, not overly-dramatic look for me, just as I requested. The Brow Lamination, sadly, didn't pan out for me.  Within a few minutes of Stephanie applying the solution to my eyebrows, I began to feel uncomfortable, my skin felt very hot and tingly.  Stephanie promptly removed the solution and we agreed that my skin was too sensitive for this particular treatment. The spa itself is lovely, clean and bright.  I felt I was in very good hands with both Stephanie and Hailey.  I plan to return to try the other facials in the future, including the Rejuvenating facial, the Signature facial and the Glass Skin facial, along with re-doing my lashes when the time comes.  I'm so happy to have found a local Bronx business for my lash and skincare treatments, saving me both time and money versus having to travel to Manhattan, I'm a big fan of trying to support local businesses in general, but especially women- and minority-owned businesses.

I was so hesitant about permanent makeup but after meeting with her, I'm SO glad I've done it and will continue to go to her for touch ups and different services. She has a way of calming your nerves and making you feel so comfortable with the whole process! I started with a Lip blush treatment with her after having had extremely pale/uneven toned lips for a long time. I had to wear lipstick daily. I LOVE my lips now. I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to me. I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian…read morewax and I walk in there and there's already a stick in the wax.... and I was like........ that isn't from the last person right? The lady was like no. And when she was applying the wax onto me, I noticed she never threw away any sticks. Oh my god. I'm too nice of a person to say anything in real life so I just had to come on here and warn u guys. You're not supposed to apply the wax onto the person and then PUT THE SAME STICK BACK IN THE WAX AGAIN. Those wooden stick things are so inexpensive too. Literally just get them in bulk on Aliexpress or something, and please THROW EACH STICK AWAY AFTER EACH APPLICATION. Omg. This is not something to be cheap about.... Wouldn't you rather have disease free wax. The ladies who work there are so so nice and I feel really bad saying this, but I'm grossed out and I wish someone had warned me. Also I think I might have gotten burned because I came home, showered immediately and there's this one part that hurts more than the rest. This has never happened to me before. I applied aloe and neosporin and now it doesn't sting but still slightly irritated. I suggest you don't go here for a Brazilian wax but for things like eyebrow threading, maybe. But I'm honestly scared rn. I got burned AND the lady was double dipping. Now I have trust issues and I think I'm just gonna try laser hair removal from now on UPDATE: I was definitely burned and now I keep it constantly moisturized with coconut oil because part of my skin is peeling off. The coconut oil is helping so that's a relief. It's been 3 days, so it's better now but it's been on the back of my mind for 3 days. I'm going to the gynecologist to make sure everything is OK. This wax kind of ruined my Labor Day weekend. For sensitive areas like Bikini, brazilian.... I can't believe you would double dip and make the wax so hot. I'm annoyed. Who does that......
